@presello did you change your camera man? Videos lately are hazy, dizzying and unstable. Quality went down a bit. Good Julia still is consistently presenting the house tour well.
I think developer used that material for weather, rain and outside elements since if you used ordinary door it will easily deteriorate. It can be installed with frosted laminate or other opaque materials.
