I think that would be too OP considering that that Fuze hits 2-3 enemies per shot, and he has 100 bullets as opposed to Ash hitting one enemy at a time with only 31 bullets. He would basically turn into pre-rework Tachanka if he was good.

No hostages but potential hostage takers have the word hostages in them. Also looking forward with blitz module if you will ever showcase his module upgrades. Ifinally lets him punch through 1k defense and eat them up.

In IS with aspd relics fuze basicaly use Scorpoin EVO with rapid trigger attachment.

The integrated strategy mode makes it possible
And players tend to burst fire for better accuracy so it's kinda accurate
