I remember these guys (Shower Posse) were responsible for the torture & death of alleged pickpockpets, rapists, thieves whose bodies were discarded along the train line on Darling Street.
How i hear it was that Massop saw that too many youths was dying in his community due to crime and gun violence so he decided to do something about the violence by trying to get the youths engaged in more positive activities , the peace concert should have been a starting point for this transformation . Before the peace concert was held Seage wanted none of it and felt that he was loosing control so he ordered Bob marleys murder . The puppet Jim Brown and his cronies was sent to Bob Marleys resident to murder him but their attemp failed and Bob left the country for england soon after . I heard that massop went for bob and convinced him to come back and still do the peace concert which he did . Seage ordered massop murder soon after which was done by his puppet police and replace him with the puppet Lester coke Aka Jim Brown. That's how I heard it.

If the police were given free hand to deal with the violence in West Kingston it would not have spread. Massop was killed because he defy Edward Seaga with the peace treaty and in addition, Massop did beat the shit out of Papa Eddie when he confronted him about the peace treaty. When Massop was killed Eddie was in Nuttall Hospital getting treatment from the beating. Anyone in Tivoli Gardens knows it and know that Massop was set up to be killed.
