Hi Jamaican brothers and sisters. I'm from the Democratic Republic of Congo. There are two different ways between overseas and African to marriage. In Africa, most places, becoming a polygamy let say having two or several wives is not a shame rather it is normal. Overseas, women and men like to avoid the word polygamy but prefer to say divorce. For my understanding, what's a difference between having children from both sides I mean from polygamy and from different several divorced marriages? I think it is the same way. I believe one's first love is probably the more genuine love when a person is young and innocent when a person has nothing to cloud one's thinking about the other person.
