Brixham 2022. (Brixham Harbour). South Devon, England

One of the busiest fishing ports in the UK, Brixham is a stunning waterside town on the charming English Riviera in South Devon and home to one of the seven UNESCO Global Geopark in the United Kingdom. Against the backdrop of colourful clifftop buildings, this picturesque town is live and full of characters and has won the hearts of millions of visitors from near and far with its amazing water scenery, floating boats, historic attractions, arts and culture activities, delicious local food, etc. Breakwater Beach which lies close to the mouth of Brixham harbour is one of the cleanest beaches on the English Riviera.

I forgot to ask. What camera were you using and was it shot in HDR?

Just iPhone with the help of stabiliser sometimes. By default, iPhone automatically uses HDR when needed. I usually did a lot of editing, both on the footages and during the video making process. I do have video cameras, but find iPhone so convenient to carry around when we’re out and about, quite often hardly have time to set things up. That day when we went to Brixham, also visited Paignton and Torquay, plus the traffic jams on the way, so hardly have much time in each place.

@@GoScenicView I agree completely about the practicality of the iPhone. I made some bad mistakes using Cinematic mode for dar journey shots - without locking focus and exposure and it kept "hunting" for focus whch ruined the shots. We learn by our mistakes! You obviously had a very busy day around Torbay but the edited footage wa worth it
