The car park is an amenity, what is he on about. And this beach is the only one accessible to everyone. It's a beautiful sunny beach, no way should the sun be blocked out. The architect has no idea what he's talking about 🤬

Glad I don't live there. Since when is carparking not an amenity? No car park no trade or custom. Where will hotel customers park? On a carpark that denighs the locals !!

i actually like the design but the location is terrible. keep the beach as is, or better yet, get rid of the other encroaching structures and return that cove to a more natural state. cant make more beaches
Oh look! There's a space we can try and take away from the local community! Let's see what's the biggest and ugliest thing we can squeeze in there.... Side note - there's a huge gorgeous old building in some of these shots 😍. Resting on the hillside. Probably a hotel now I'd imagine?

Thoughtless inappropriate design
Such a beautiful place, it dosent need this poxy eyesore. Greedy developers and corrupt councils are behind it.

It's been denied. But they will resubmit until they get what they want. I live just above Breakwater beach.

just park outside the architects house, you need a cark part for small kids and the elderly, or ask him if he wants his garden in the shade ?
