I share my experience of using the Leisure 430 projector. It's $100 but is it worth spending your money on it?

Just so people are aware, this projector resolution is 800x480, not 1080p, which was causing the pixelation. Watch out in specs - they say “supports 1080p”, but what you want to look for is NATIVE RESOLUTION.
strange the maker is reporting the chip being 720p and yea it just handle 1080p by downscaling.
Hii, could you tell me if there is an option to change the colours, contrast and sharpness while watching a video?
Looking forward from hearing from you
Can I plug my iPhone and they I have to have internet on my house for this thank you
i kind of stop listening to reviews when part of the review is "you get what you pay for."
a tip: you can watch movies on flixzone. Been using it for watching all kinds of movies these days.
@Derrick Enoch definitely, have been using flixzone for since december myself :D
"The darker the better... but... there you have it" :D Sorry had to smile over this. Good video though, thank you.
Suddenly projector is not turning on just orange light on power button is blinking and not turning on after removing all cables also. Can you please let me know if you have troubleshooting videos?
Is it possible to connect a laptop to the projector, whilst using a Bluetooth speaker for sound?
Don't see why you couldn't. You'd just connect your laptop to the BT speaker and plug your video cable to the laptop and projector. Just make sure audio output goes to the BT speaker and good to go
does it look pixelated with a 4k fire stick at about 7 feet away ?
I don't have a fire stick.. so I can't answer. I was using an nvidia shield though in the video.
Hi, can you please advise what do I need to get in order to stream amazon prime and Netflix on this projector ?
You'll need a Chromecast, nvidia shield, amazon fire stick or other streaming device to plug into the HDMI port
Chris Panton thank you, which of these is best for UK?
I wouldn't know. I don't live in the UK. Chromecast would be cheapest is my guess
the physical display is 800x480 so there you go. my question would be how loud is that thing.
How do i connect it to my phone?
If your phone works with HDMI over usb-c.. or you could hook up a Chromecast to this
Hi, How do i connect with a cell phone to the projector, thanks
You could use a Chromecast
i do believe the new versions have that and is wifi capable.
We connected the iphone to the projector using hdmi to lightning, but when we used netflix app, the projector did not project the netflix. Do you know how to resolve this issue?
Because of drm protection.
My wall is cream, will this work well?
yes, if it's dark enough
Yes. Ideally you want a white wall for the best colors.
Hey man, great video! Keep it up!
Thanks Chris!
Excuse me, can I link him to the phone?
If you use a Chromecast or if you phone supports HDMI out like a desktop mode
Jo nice video, but mostly only negatives. The Beamer isn’t that bad. I mean, you only pay 100€ for it so come on what do you expect?
I am really happy with it :)
I certainly tend to be more critical on products tbh. I find that videos always talk about "how great" a product is but never discuss the issues.
@@ChrisPanton totally understand that 👍🏼 thanks for your feedback. Now I see it from a different view but I like your video anyway :)
Stay safe 🍀
Appreciate it! Have a good one
👍
I have just got this but the fan is so noisy. Is there a way to reduce it?
No. Noisy fan? May be an issue
@@ChrisPanton is there meant to be some noise with the fan? I had it close to my face which probably didn’t help. It was much louder than I thought it would be but I’ve never had a projector before to compare it.
Yes, to keep the components cool
@@Nicjhis close to your face? :) sigh
How it the picture 20 feet away..anyone know..?
Try 1-2 kilometres away
Perhaps if you going to be doing a review on a projector in the future when your heading is about the price and if its worth it. Perhaps do some homework on other similar priced projectors or use a different title as your review is very unfair. The projectors you suggested in the review will probably be 10 times the price of this projector. You really should be comparing apples with apples by using other 100 dollar projectors
Thumbs up for trying. This is how I'd be. Stuttering. Pausing. Lol
so its pixellated and crap. better to buy a better one
