@@williamhillardsings Recognizing the impermanence of life gave me the courage to start my RUclips channel and having the growth mindset. Remembering my why's is much more important than the analytic growth. Sometimes I get trapped in focusing on any external rewards from this channel to the point that it paralyzes me from taking actions and I think this is what makes most people not even start at all.

Write down your goals. Take ACTION. Many are afraid to start because of the afraid of failure. But if you don't try and take action you failed anyway. I don't have problems anymore. Being an entrepreneur and business man, I hear what he’s saying and I listen to all of these motivational speakers, but in reality, it takes money to make money. They get paid to speak motivation, but “speaking motivation” isn’t enough. It really boils down to what you’re trying to accomplish. You need grants and loans to start a business, I’d rather hear that than “YOU CAN DO IT, JUST DO IT”…sometimes you have to show people how to fish instead of telling them to “just go fishing and you’ll catch the fish”. Jesus showed Peter how to fish and Peter caught a multitude of fish, he didn’t just give them a motivational speech. It’s condescending. You just have to try your best and pray to God that you can figure it out. That’s reality.
