DONT REMOVE THE CV AXLE OR ANY SUSPENSION COMPONENT. INSTEAD PLACE A JACK AND A WOODEN BLOCK UNDER ENGINE OIL PAN. REMOVE THE RIGHT SIDE ENGINE MOUNT AND LOWER THE ENGINE UNTIL YOU HAVE ENOUGH ROOM TO PULL THE ALTERNATOR OUT. YOU MIGHT HAVE TO DISCONNECT THE OUTER TIE ROD FROM THE KNUCKLE THOUGH.

We can not get it out at all I still don’t know how you got the bolt off .
Very painful...I mean patiently. It took me about 45 min of constantly moving it and at times beating on it ... to get it out. Good luck!
I had to spray some WD40 on the bolt (inside the open U shape) and that freed it right up.
Oh damn. Looks like I'm gonna have fun replacing mine. Ugh
Good luck!
Gonna need it lol
