I want this for use with my mag guts mags, but is the baseplate same size as the mag guts baseplate? Or is it an extension? I want a baseplate that will work with mag guts but also gives me a little more pinky grip. Thank you.
What are your thoughts on the flat metal tab embedded in the bottom of the magguts follower? Do you think it could be a potential weak point over an extended duration of time? I have a magguts +2 installed on a mag but the design doesn't seem robust in my opinion.
