NOTE: This product works exactly as described. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxguEIMc_Qwab-3QMTpF6jaRL80hiOOsIN It originally earned a four-star review due to a minor defect (see below). However, the manufacturer's customer service rep (Lita) went above and beyond the call of duty and deserves five stars now. I wish I could give even more!I purchased this item which arrived quickly. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. There was only one problem: One bolt did not screw into the hole properly. I called the company. Their customer service rep (Lita) was terrific! She took all my information and submitted a request to replace the defective part. I'm hoping to finish assembly and start using this treadmill soon. (Fingers crossed...)FOLLOW UP: Lita called back to inform me that the company will send a replacement part AND a technician(!!) to install it properly. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you!!
I love running but sadly have a tendency of plantar fascitis. Can this mill be used in a recovery period maybe with emphasis on landing on the forefoot?
Hello Laisa, thanks for your comment. My honest answer and thoughts with the limited info I have on your circumstances is to consult with a professional running coach, physio or similar to ensure that you do not make your condition and experience worse at all. That said, as I understand (and I am not an expert on the machine) the curve running machine is great for rehabilitation circumstances, as well as athletic performance and for helping to train better foot contact, power generation and gait. So under the right conditions and with the correct guidance what your saying sounds correct.
I would also note, that if you’re running with a heel strike in any case, this could significantly make your condition worse. The ideal contact is the mid-foot landing (on any surface) with an adequate gait cycle. A running coach could help you identify this such form adjustment with the correct technology.
The problem with this treadmill is it is hard to control the pace. It goes very fast very easily. And I used to run 8 miles an hour. And hard to keep that pace on that tread. Other than that it's great treadmill.
I think that is one of its challenges compared to a regular motorised mill, in that you need to control your pace, as your leg output is constantly the driver of the “belt”. I generally don’t use it for long distance; my preference remains outside over any mill for a run. I do however like to use these machines for sprints and helping clients get better running form and engagement. This particular mill does have 8 or 10 resistance settings that can help slow the belt down if that’s of use. I enjoy most of Techno Gyms cardio equipment, pretty high end and well built.
@@HybridHIIT I know. I agree. I like technogym products too. But please if you do reviews, do it more than 3 minutes. Usually reviews are like 10 minutes
I tend to agree with you, with regards to a preference to running outside. But, I don’t believe that the skill-mill should be overlooked for its benefits to work on your running form; foot striking, gait, power output etc. a treadmill also offers the flexibility of being able to record your run with ease and look for development areas. It’s a powerful tool for trainers helping clients with running, and, rehabilitation. It’s also much harder to control than a regular treadmill; well worth a try!
Thinking of giving the skill mill a try today, great video thanks!
Thanks! Enjoy it, it’s great fun and good hard work 💪
Reverse sled push....so you mean a sled pull then?
Great video
Thanks 🙏

Absurdo uma esteira dessa custar R$ 30.000.
There is no need for a running substitute. If I like to run, I step outside.

Sometimes a mill is needed when the outside is covered in snow and ice for more than half the year😂
Spoken like a true idiot gatekeeper..
This machine is not for your average joe, it's an performance enhancement tool to help athletes improve their speed and stamina.
