In Buddhism I always heard the term 'Enlightenment'. Or some say a state of eternal bliss. Is a challenging subject to cover what happens after we pass. Staying in the light. The older we get the more I learn about this journey to connect with that 'light' while we are here. Practicing meditating, stillness.... keeps us centered. Our consciousness of knowledge, knowing we only have limited time here....is a thing to wonder. 😊
The senses are the habitual energy or the source and then there is the mind thus, 6 senses that pull us into the becoming. Thank You for this wonderful vdo Namho Dhammo 🙏🏻🙏🏻☘️🌿
2 days ago when I woke up I had a song in mind from my dream with these words "Bouddha mind Bouddha mind Bouddha mind" again and again. I can clearly remember the melody and these words. Of course I didn't know what it means and it's funny today out of nowhere I stop by to this video and finally before end of year understand the meaning thank you
The Buddha mind or Buddha nature (whatever characterisation used by different people) exists in a realm where there is no space or time. Human existence takes on a form in a space and time continuum. Take us out of that continuum (i.e. upon death), and the resulting 'experience' or state is one that just is. That is-ness is best given analogy by quantum physicists' concept of a realm, a field that has no determinate locality, structure or form. So meditation is training ourselves to transcend the time and space continuum even while we're here in the material world. That's my take, informed by my understanding of Buddhism. I stand corrected.
The monk knows all in his after death narratives -well, he speaks w/o experience of death, neither has the Buddha discussed such things about after death..😮😢
buddhism doesn't do philosophy only facts like we die and become part of the soil then maybe part of a plant and maybe part of an animal, buddhist teachings would word it as "we become flowers or birds or something like that. Also there is alot of reincarnation talk that we are reborn as someone else but what buddhism really says is that cells in our bodies are dieing and being reborn every moment of our lives, that's reincarnation.
One of the main principal of buddhism is to know the previous lifetime....thats why there is jataka story! Buddha know his past life....and all the arahat know their past life

In zen, Mahayana Buddhism, when asked what happens when we die, we say: go to the cemetery!

Pourquoi pas !
This monk never go through death n yet he claim to know what after life is like. How to believe?
Some monks experience past lives, but they are prohibited to talk about it
@@amon8579 why prohibited??? an excuse.

This is not the Buddha’s original teaching, as he talks about his real past lives
