It does the same thing as cutting the wire that every cuts does just means you dont have to cut it. You could either cut it or spend money on the booster bith do the same thing best thing to upgrade without cutting wires for new controllers is the KO motors factors controller itll get you to around 55mph its just plug and play old one out new one in
I think it connects to your controller allowing it to produce more power, should increase power by 800w, either that or it bypasses your battery again allowing for more power!
@@JPTulo I think it just increases the torque, haven’t got a speedo on my bike so will have to do a top speed test when get one, I think it did feel slightly faster at top end tho
Ot doesn't bypass the bms that wouldn't be possible unless you actually bypass the bms. My guess is there's a gap between what the controller pulls 80amps and what the stock bms allows its only a gap of 800watts but this device works like a shunt mod pulling the extra 800watts but thinking it's still pulling the original 80amps. So that it can pull as much power as you can before tripping the bms. It's negligible really just bypass your bms woth an aftermarket controller and pull more power that way. Or get the battery also and run lots of power. Getting this thing is a tease and will be worthless when you upgrade.

I’ve put about 200 miles on the power booster on my 21 surron love this thing so far it’s working great the power out of hole is much improved

It's suitable for any bike with the 32Ah battery. It is not compatible with the optional 38Ah battery available on the new '23 Sur Rons.
