    This piece makes me think probably this is how bharatnatyam used to be when it was called as Sadirattam. The dance which enchanted the viewers. I wish you bring back them more such pieces from the attic to the stage. Thanks for the extraordinary piece.

    Nice presentation. But why is the nayika not expressing anger and/or sarcasm in the beginning? Isn't it khandita in the pallavi?

    • @alexanderyiza
      @alexanderyiza 2 года назад

      I think it's not completely khandita but a mix of vipralabdha

    Graceful and simplistic natural expressions...But still I personally have to understand more about the situation. Is the narrator the devotee or the spouse of skanda?What is the receiving of a message in the last part is about?

    • @shobhakorambil6790
      @shobhakorambil6790 4 года назад +2

      Namasthe. Please listen to the narration audio in the opening, the heroine here is a beloved of Lord Muruga.
      The end was choreographed with the idea that the woman whom the heroine refers talking to Murugan appears at the heroine's door step to hand over Murugan's letter to the heroine. And the situation ends as if the heroine realises that Muruga was seen speaking to the other woman the previous evening, only to be sent as a messenger to carry his message to the heroine herself. So, the heroine is clear that her Lord's mind is not deviated to any other woman but entirely hers alone and she unites with her Lord happily ever after.
