Many thanks - your solution also worked on my Mini 2. My gimble was slightly tilted after bouncing off my amateur radio antenna wire. I forgot it was directly above me - when 2 hobbies collide :) It hit the deck. I replaced the front right arm and assessed there to be no visible damage to the gimble that I could see. I reassembled the drone and the horizon was straight again but the gimble alignment fault message persisted. Anyhow, thanks to you system it's fixed now. Good as new, apart from a couple of chassis screws that won't tighten into the top of the drone, nothing glue couldn't fix :)
Confirming this worked on my Mini 2 that already had 01.07.0200 fw, got rid of the Error Code 40011 after replacing the gimbal. Now its good as new! Thank you tons and tons. Great content , keep it up as always.
How did you get the error file?
I got it on my DJI Mini 2 ! Starting firmware 01.03.0009 (ARB 1), flashed 20.06.0200 (ARB 1), calibration done and 40011 error gone, then succesfully reflashed 01.03.009 and all worked fine. Thanks very much for your video

You sir just brought my first Mini 2 back to life. It was bricked a couple of years ago after I replaced the entire body but just kept it with me somehow. Tried every method like Python but failed halfway in bringing it back so I had to admit I was a bit skeptical until I saw the gimbal straighten up during the first Flash using the Calibration Firmware, right then and there I know this is going to be good. Thank you so much!

Thank you for the detailed explanation. Unfortunately, my trial on mini 2 wasn't successful in fixing error code 40011. I got this error after running the python tool on the gimbal calibration. Anyway, after flashing the downloaded firmware, the gimbal calibration keeps failing at 90% of completion. I'm still looking for other hacks.

Wow, I just missed exactly your last step, which was not part of "normal" calibration. Now I have re-done all the steps as you showed in the clip. The error 40011 is cleared. It's been a long way since I started fixing the gimbal issues from my last crash. It works like a charm again. Thank you for sharing your experience. It's very much appreciated!

Apparently the camera had water damage, so sorted the problem by replacing it, and then used this guide, all worked well! Thanks to the video creator/uploader!

Are you following all the steps carefully
I did a lot of research and found out that my other code you mentioned is on it. A forum mentioned that on later firmware they written the motherboard serial to the gimble Imu and camera to prevent owners repair. If parts are replaced, there’ll be a mix match serial and the other code you mentioned will not erase by your method. I just bought a broken mini2 and didn’t know this.

Hi mate, my gimbal needs replacing. My main camera is fine. Can i just put my camera in a used gimbal housing? Keep my original camera and the original back to the camera. Will i get errors, Can all errors be removed?
