Am i the only person who never got why most people consider the gun the "worst" weapon, like i know its faster then most weapons but it can't only be because of that so can someone explain?

In 1.08, this gun only deal slightly more damage to the pan and not only it moves fast, but also the hitting is broken. It's really really hard to use and not worth it.
