Don't worry about it. Flowey has no soul at all; you can kill him only if you annihilate him from the universe, or chop him up. And here he has it. In general, he can easily defeat Sans without even breaking a sweat from any of his attacks.
@@Deflamed_Sphere I'm almost sure that Omega Flowey is capable of increasing his LV. He is able to influence the game (the very essence of the universe of his universe), so I think it’s not a problem for him to add a couple thousand LV in his stats. UuU
For Anyone wondering Flowey in that fight did not absorb the 6 souls, that is a misconception. that animation is based on the fight that happened at some point between Sans and Flowey, back when Flowey had reset powers. but Camila decided to make Flowey looked like omega flowey(bad idea), you can tell its not omega flowey if you look closely at the LV in 0:49

Considering the fact that Flowey (at least in his Omega form) does have 9999 LV, I can see why Sans won
