you are using q0.0 coil 2 times so it updates it with the last coil placement. so it wont energize it in the open command at network 6 also as a concept overal you should use switches at the ends of the door travel, just counting pulses is wrong :)
If any power issue so door was middle how it will count it again. For example it has stop on the middle again it will start from there 24 pulse the door will go more front or back right. So bitter put one reference sensor will help in this case right or not required here

Why they use expensive gear such plc, encoders, clutch thing what ever call it and above all programming,instead of ROCK SOLID cheap and easy method ...two limit switches for door travel and double ir detectors for in and out all in one pcb which cost no more than 45 euro !!!!

blender software is not communicating with TIA or simatic manager, both are simulated separately and videos are merged together while editing

Yes it will LOSS its values , we have to use the retentive data register to save the current value of the encoder to avoid this
