This kind of thing cannot be done without a good enough preparation but you made it structurally and clearly. Aptitude is always important but attitude is more, so proud of you.
Congratulations!! Arnencha for your achievement. This is very amazing of what you did here. It is very useful for other who are preparing themselves for college Well done ❤ Looking for your bright future to come🎉🎉
This is really informative. Thanks so much for explaining the process completely. Not done with high school yet buh will surely dm u in ig. Thanks once again for this🖤
Omg i was looking into the 2022 applicants and wondered how they got in, and you made a video ON EXACTLY THAT OMG THANK YOUuuuu. Also thanks putting in the courage to make your first youtube video :)
Next video should be about you reading your LBP essays pleeeaseee. There is literally no video/information on internet/youtube about that. There is some for other universities and scholarship but idkw there is none for this very scholarship. ALso, the essays can't be copied as they'll be instantly spotted for plagiarism. So it'll be really helpful if we can have like an inspiration for essays😭
Hey!!!! Loved the video and its really informative but i would really appreciate if you could share the topics/questions of the essays you were asked to write.
Congratulations Kok! You're an inspiration to many including me. Sending love from the Philippines! I would like to ask how you got nominated by your high school, did you ask them to nominate you or was it the opposite way around?
Thank you!!! It's my honour to be able to inspire everyone! My high school nomination process was 1. The school made an announcement for students interested in this scholarship to sign up (it's not their first time nominating for this) 2. I signed up, sent in my portfolio and had an interview 3. The school announces who they would nominate from their selection process.
thank you for the informative video it really helped. but i couldnt understand how can i have like a relevant impact on my society such as my school. like what can i do to achieve to have that impactful persona?
Hi, I want to ask did you receive the scholarship at the same time as your normal admission offer or do you have to wait for the scholarship after getting accepted by the school?
sorry to bother you,i am a student also looking forward to apply for this scholarship, but i have some issues about nominated process ,can i ask you about the details about that, thank you somuch.
hi! thank you so much for your informative video. I have a question about the residence support that the scholarship provides - is there guaranteed housing? Can you choose any type of rooms (single, double) at any residence (chestnut college, trinity college etc)? Is there a limit that the scholarship will pay for your residence fees (e.g. max $15000 residence support per year?) thank you so much!
@arnencha Hi girl What if i want to apply for this Pearson scholarship but i don't have any extra curricular activities to back me up? Will i still be eligible?
Hello Tonkok.Firstly congrats for ur success i need to know about that 1.I read in 11 in national curriculum in ur neighbouring country BANGLADESH do they accept me? 2.I don't have any ecas that recognize that I am leader. But I am Captain in my class from 3 to still now. 3.My grades are will be 5 out of 5.I will complete my class 12 in july 2025.nw which time is for me to apply? 4.please suggest me some ECAs. Thank You for Helping.Get love from my Heart Sister♥
hi kok! i have a few questions, i'm in my first year of highschool (igcses) and wanted some qualifications when i (hopefully) apply near the end of 2025. 1) when you talk about post-secondary, do you mean you can only apply in your final year of gcses? so you cannot do a levels if you want to apply for this scholarship? applying in year 11 2) if you do not mind me asking, where you at like the "Top" of your classes? in terms of grades 3) what did you do for yourself to be deemed a "leader"? any other helpful things i should keep in mind during the next years building up to the scholarship :-), sorry for so many questions, and thank you for the video!
1) I believe you can still do a-levels, as they are just credits for post secondary, not you 'attending post secondary school' 2) Not at the top at all in term of grades ahaha, this scholarship doesn't really consider grades so 3) You can check out my portfolio linked in my description!
OHHH CONGRATULATIONS ON THE SCHOLARSHIP!!! That you share your experience really helps students who are also trying to apply :) Anyway, I wanted to see if I could ask some questions, so I wanted to see if you respond to messages on Instagram about the topic?
Hi I finished my high school this year and i want to apply for this scholarship and i want to apply in November and i well stat my college in the next 9 months iwant to now if i go to college in my country temporarily it will make me refused in this scholarship or not ?
According to the eligibility, unfortunately yes, you would no longer qualify for this scholarship as it states that you must have never attended university before recieving this scholarship.
I would like to ask if I am eligible to apply because I am currently enrolled in my final year of senior secondary school this 2024. However, it is also written have graduated no earlier than June 2024. So am I still eligible because my graduation is possibly the month of May and it is written there OR so does it mean either of the two, or should I possess the two criteria??
umm idk how you'd graduating in june 2024 if ur still enrolled in last year of high school... i think there will be one next year and u'll be eligible for that!

Some of key take away I got
- Be a changemaker.
- Make it objective instead of subjective.
Big THX. ❤❤
