    TO CLARIFY ** THE CV doesn't get uploaded onto the ERAS - it is useful during the residency application season to give to letter writers for LOR requests as well as if you want to bring a copy with you to interviews or when emailing interviews letters of interest** Wanted to clarify this because many people were confused about where to upload this onto the ERAS portal: there is NO location to upload CV. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE !!

    Hey Dr.V, do we need to include our clinical rotations in the experiences section or anywhere on the eras application (besides MSPE and transcripts)?

    • @vaibhavisolankivm.d.5987
      @vaibhavisolankivm.d.5987  3 года назад

      Hey! If your school does proper MSPEs (check with them or ask to see it if you can, even better) then it is usually on it, as per my knowledge (SGU's MSPEs for example were great) -so you dont have to add this in the ERAS experiences. If this is not included then 100% add into ERAS.

    Hey Dr. V, I am a transfer student (transferred from one Caribbean medical school to another). Does this need to be reported in the education section? The transfer occurred in the same month.

    • @vaibhavisolankivm.d.5987
      @vaibhavisolankivm.d.5987  3 года назад +1

      Hey! Honestly, if you wanted to document that, Idk where you could because I think ERAS only has one section for medical school info right? Unless you can add another section in the medical school info section to add both med schools, try that and see if it works!

    • @kkirthiika
      @kkirthiika 3 года назад

      @@vaibhavisolankivm.d.5987 Thank you! Yes, it works. I read the guidelines and it said each medical school attended must be reported in the medical education section. If there were any gaps between the transfers then it must be explained.
