Congrats on getting monetized !!! I enjoyed the video the big thing is what sort a coffee will you get a flat white ? he he well its a start and can only grow as you keep putting up videos I had never heard of you till I came across your video's so its also a way of becoming known .and getting people to your web site which is were I went for a look .
I usually paint still life’s with birds and other creates but after a motorcycle accident and time off I have Been having a go at seascape’s . Your paintings videos have been awesome and well done, your a great 👍🏼 teacher and very thorough Cheers ! 🎨😉👍🏼
Love love love watching your videos. Good commentary and humour too. Coukd you do a video on how you prepare your boards before you start painting. Thankyou
This video is really good, and your chat is nice and cheerful You should go on patreon and do full tutorials explaining as you go, I'm sure you would be a hit. I'd sign up so I can learn to paint the ocean properly. Just painted over a canvas for the fourth time as I wasn't happy with it. Argh...
Hi Anjie, it is cadmium yellow pale, Ultramarine blue - leaning more blue green if I remember right and add titanium white to lighten. Too much yellow and it becomes an unrealistically bright green for the ocean where I live in NZ
Hi Wayne, love your wave paintings, love all your paintings for that matter. Can I ask, do you use mediums during the process or oils straight from the tube ? Cheers mate. 👍
Good question Bill, I should have covered that. I'm using Winsor and Newton Liquin original. I only ever use Liquin, it works, suits what I do so I stick to it. Cheers
Hi Wayne, I know you use Liquin (so do I), but I'm wondering if you mix with another medium at the same time? I ask because you appear to get a great flow with your paints.
I have used house painting brushes for about twenty years now, and still wonder why artist's brushes aren't A) bigger B) cheaper C) better quality for the money.
Peace be upon you, my honorable professor. I am one of your followers of your beautiful educational channel, and frankly, I benefited from your simplified explanation. I hope that you will add a translation into the Arabic language to benefit and to gain a larger segment of Arab followers. I hope and thank you for the effort you make with the followers, but the translation into Arabic is missing. Thank you from the heart
Thank you for being so kind as to show us the entire process. I have watched it over and over.

Do you mean raw umber and ultramarine blue to get the black? ( you say burned umber?)
Can you please tell how did you make the colours for waves light green yellowish.

no just Liquin Steven, but I am painting on a reasonable smooth canvas
@@waynevickersart2141 Good to know, thanks' Wayne, cheers.
Why do you stain the canves first , ?
If you could mention what colors you're using at each step. That would be very helpful. Your art is great ❤️
