House 2 worked well for them in terms of room size and space, but you would be in very close proximity to your neighbours and have little privacy. The mystery house was perfect for someone who wanted no garden, but hopeless for 2 big dogs. House one was my absolute dream - having that view every day, and coastal walks - wow!
The Mystery House would be exhausting. Way too many stairs, and the living space up top is not practical. The Barn was okay, but house 1 was the dream for me. I could modify it so that the main entrance faces the driveway. It could be spectacular.
I loved the 1st house. The outdoor space, views and privacy. Although it was the most expensive, it was still below budget leaving room for updates to the kitchen and bathroom.
Three very nice homes but I was most taken by the third house but I don't have dogs and a perfect garden for me is someone else's. The last house was also very well priced. Nice couple and a lovely presenter; all in all a great watch. Thanks!
I want the barn conversion! The mystery house is interesting, but no garden is a real drawback for this couple. It would play havoc with my arthritis and those stairs.
The mystery house is a no no for me. Too many Zig zags and tiny chlostophobic spaces and no back yard. Imagine all those stairs when you get older. YUK
Firstly to the glass artist...beautiful work, very different, hopefully you'll start a new craze and everyonecwill want to take the trash offvthe beaches...I saw an episode of an American show which showed a glass beach...the tide uniquely washed the coloured glass into axsmall cove... I can never understand people willing to spend that kind of money (Im pretty sure thats well over 1 million $ AU) on a house then immediately see everything they want to change about it...if its that bad look for something else. There are so many people out there that would sell their mother for a home like that...just as it is.
The sea view house would be it for me...coastal walks

Hauling groceries to the top floor is't practical as they age.
All 3 were beautiful homes. #3 had alot of steps. The barn was amazing.
That converted barn is amazing.
What a great episode. Very nice couple & great presenter
Interesting ... she said he was not good at DIY, he said he was eager to do work on House 1 kitchen!! Lol!!😊
I noticed that
Scary!!!

The beach view home would be my choice, also lovely inside.
