Question for anyone whos owned this game.
1. Would you say this is fun?
2. is it p2w, somewhere in the middle, or f2p with the only things bought being like decals
3. What would you recommend to a newer player?(Asking as a tip : p)
No pay to win. No micro transaction. No customisation. You play with what you are given. You can buy additional countries like Yugoslavia or Israel for money, but you don’t need to.
But, this game is very hostile to noobs.
Lobbies are hosted by players. Your status depends on your multiplayer win loss. 50% is considered ok, 60 and 70 and above is considered very good. If you are a level 25-30+ and have a 60%+ win/loss you are looking at a very good player, and playing against him will get you an ass whooping. Bear in mind there are also smurfs, or low level players with a good win/loss.
If you have a 30% you are likely to be kicked from good pro lobbies, but good thing is there are more noob friendly lobbies now and they are literally called “noob” “noob game”, there they will not or should not discriminate.
Because if you are playing in a 3v3 or a 4v4 and your specific front fucks up, because of you being a noob. This will not only loose the game, but also make life for other players on your team more difficult, as the player who kicked your arse will not only give his team extra points, but will help his team mates on other front lines.
Another problem of being a noob is the fact the game is difficult and you will most likely get your arse kicked a lot until you learn. I am level 28 and I am still getting my arse kicked.
Also the game is not exactly very popular because of this. So you’ll get a collection of good lobbies only on the weekends and weekday evenings. You can forget about playing on others times, because there won’t be that many lobbies and especially noob lobbies.
You can practice on single player.

This is why I love it. You actualy need to think about your attack/defence and not just spam rock paper or scissor while speedrunning the economic part of the game

I don't understand these type of games, you have to control the map, most of the time you're going to look at the texts and bad graphics. All the fun stuff is hidden in closeups. Boring.
