ip adapter is not a face-change process, it reads the prompt of the image, such main elements like color, style, main icons if there are.. Your aim of usage of the ipadapter is totally wrong, thats why you are not getting desired results.
initially why are you resizing portrait image to square (1024 x 1024) as an input ? When you realize that the proportion is not correct, actually you are setting the wrong side of the image to 512 :-)
What you call an artefact is indead the distortion of your glasses, you face look that in reality... Even your original photo has that distortion of the lent.
1. This IPAdapter is not FaceID or InstantID, so it does not clone a face. 2. your input image is not event in the correct aspect ratio (1:1) but you just upscale it to 1024*1024, which will distort it. 3. Your video cover has nothing to do with the content, it's a scam
