All you have to do is change the normal maximum level of wild dinos to 150. I talked about the formula for BOSS data in my first Broodmother video. Note that to modify the game file, can not only change in the game.
Only issue if find in this video is the fact ur doing it with a wyvern that has way better stats than any wyvern that we could get rn on official. But other than that its a nice strategy :)

what are base stats of dino? because you have 0 food stat, so other must be 50+

No, and the single player mode does not affect BOSS stats.

@_GQ_ no it's not the same. Official bosses are twice as hard then single player Max difficulty
If you don't believe me, I have other ways to make BOSS's numbers infinitely high.

easily doable on official. Ours are like 900 melee after levelled
Your also on a god wyvern, things got almost 1k melee
Yeah why don’t you do it on official severs not boosted that why has nearly 1k melee
