In 6 months, we're gonna see a bunch of agency owners cold calling prospects, "Hi, this is 30 seconds, would you like to give me a cold call or decide and then you can hang up?"
Charlie, as always great knowledge! Wanted to tell you that you are doing an amazing job with youtube, where you don't give any shiny objects but still provide value. Keep it up.
I love u now, I wasn't gong to comment in the first place but u kinda have blown my mind like neither u spoon feeded nor directed in a certain way u just cleared the thought process i hope it make sense :) U have my respect brother.
You're right when talking about the sociology of the trend followers, however I do think the reality is a little more complex than that, especially for higher end niches like dentists. Most of these trend followers don't have real digital marketing or automation skills (and if they have, they probably not dumb enough to follow blindly some hot RUclips videos), and without a complete digital marketing strategy you'll not convert any dentist : if you try cold calling an office, you'll be answered by the receptionist which is its job to filtrate commercial calls, and if you try digital marketing you'll find that convert a B2B lead is far more complicated than just getting the lead, calling her 3 times and praying it works, it might a few times, but the amount of time spent will make it hard to scale for the big money... I would be happy to have your thoughts on that.
I'm curious... now that the MedSpa niche is getting "oversaturated", people will start to move away to the next niches, witch means that MedSpa's will actually be good if yyou stay strong and actually deliver results. Like for example Charlie, i've decided to go in the MedSpa niche before I even saw Thomas, because I have 50% of a MedSpa that I grew with FB Ads In Romania. And I loved that process and the fact that I grew it so much... What's your opinion on that? PS: This videos really help a lot! Thank you!
This just comes down to people who don’t have a fundamental level of knowledge about the strategies behind marketing and sales (that have been around forever). All these people do is copy paste tactics that change every 6 months and then wonder why they can’t be successful.
Not sure why the RUclipsrs with successful agencies don’t keep to themselves like they do in ecom/dropshipping to avoid this massive shitshow. Share the knowledge but hide the product
it is like upselling consultation. It is like very hard to manage a huge agency, from a point, you fed up with clients, move yourself from operations and give consultations. This is what Charlie is doing or will do in the future. Lead gen, SMMA is consuming AF, very tiring. Anyway, hundreds of thousands of brand is being created every single week, so opportunities never decrease in SMMA space.
But if someone wants to target EU businesses let’s say in Germany, does the saturation thing still valid ? Even on RUclips you can find less than 10 people talking about SMMA in German language!
I hear many RUclipsrs(today thomas) thinks BEING INDIAN is a point of disqualification to SMMA. Why is that Charlie.. Are we that bad... Iam just asking.. Really what's the problem... Kindly answer bro..
I'm at 6:18. So far I don't really get the video. On one hand you're criticising people for copying and not having originality but isn't it obvious that if your video gets hype people will inevitably copy. Isn't the attention and views what you wanted for your video in the first place..? Crying because you got views and sheep oversaturated the niche seems odd. Who would you think is watching this video? The same people that would copy med spas from Thomas no?

Exactly why I haven't given up on my niche, just because of the fact that I know my niche is not touched at all and no one talks about it.

Charlie you’re just so different - this video completely shifted my perspective.
“The easiest way to start an SMMA is to steal shit, but the hardest way to grow it is to steal shit” 👏🏼

I’m also in the niche, but getting clients is hard, but I think getting clients results in that niche is one of the easiest. Wouldn’t you agree?
@@linas0312 yea it’s quite ok. But I feel they can grow exponentially if they have a good structure as well. 🙏🏻

bruh no one thinks that stop being stupid
when did Thomas mention that?
It’s not being Indian is bad, it’s due to business not trusting people outside of their areas/ countries.
He said in his video smth about "a random guy in India"
The accent is really heavy
