    What do you think of the Metcon 7, and would you buy them?

    I have 6 and romaleos 4 and react metcon.
    Should I buy 7?
    I only do weightlifting and accessories exercises.

      Sounds like you have everything you need already! React metcons for me were actually pretty good so I'd stick with them.

    I bought a pair of Metcon 7 and found a difference in size as the right shoe is wider than the left and then I checked whether the product is original and it is really original

      That's very odd. Did you take them back to the store ?

    Did you go 1/2 size small

    How much space allowance between your feet and the tip of your shoes do you prefer? Full thumb width or just half?

    • @ListedFit
      @ListedFit  2 года назад +2

      I'd go half. Full thumb width for me is a bit too much that might give me a little heel slippage. At end of the day is what you feel comfortable with

      @@ListedFit thanks! 1:30 so you went half a size smaller vs your Metcon 6 size, or just thought about it?

    Would you prefer the 6 or 7 solely for heavy lifting and stability?

    • @ListedFit
      @ListedFit  3 года назад +1

      I'd personally go for the 7 over the 6

    Ive seen a other review on these where they measured the heel and said that although it says hyperlift its not actually on the inside only on the outside meaning it doesnt really do anything and the hyperlift isnt actually built in. Can you confirm this or confirm that its actually in the shoe? I know im 3 months late but anyway
    Edit: i can post the link to the review if needed.

    What do the numbers on the side mean? Apparently when u buy that design it lists the purpose of those numbered sections on the shoe?

    • @ListedFit
      @ListedFit  2 года назад

      I read somewhere the numbers represent the new innovations with this version of the shoe.
      Someone will correct me if I'm wrong but not every shoe has them. I think it was a design feature only with this first edition.
      The Mat Fraser version of this shoe for example doesn't have any numbers on it.

      @@ListedFit yes I was hoping you knew since you have the edition with the numbers? It is written on the inside of the sole

    So good for squats? Are the soles compressible?

    • @ListedFit
      @ListedFit  2 года назад

      Yes they're ok for squats 👍🏾
