Drew the mirror cover you were right didn't have wires. But if you saw the mirror that they put that cover on the mirror on the car had a slit where the LED was the cover just had a hole to allow the car's real mirror light to go through.
@7:09 that fan at the bottom is the intake, that's where all the air it blows gets sucked in from, I have a similar product and it does really help my back not be covered in sweat on hot days, though it only works if my ac is on, it doesn't really cool the air, just blows it
the mesh is a radiator protector. Some cars have pretty open grilles with no radiator screen so rocks and shit will come up and hit the radiator. Bending the vanes and stuff.

The spring shock absorbers are actually used by people who do a lot of Towing, it stops the sag from the extra weight on the rear coil springs. More of a European thing i think, for caravans and domestic cars.
The mesh on the grill I know that people put shade cloth behind the grill to catch sticks and stuff damaging the radiator when you're driving through thick bushy areas offroad
The side-position seat cushions ain't half bad tbh, especially useful for long trips too, but those brake covers, Jesus Christ, are a just a straight up danger hazard & a blasphemy sin
