- In this soft spoken ASMR positive affirmations video, I want to tell you that You Are Enough. I know we're constantly bombarded with messages telling us that we're missing something, that something is wrong with us, but it isn't true. You are enough, just as you are. If you're struggling with self-esteem issues, I hope this video can help.
This video features a soft spoken voice, personal attention, ear to ear whispers, face touching, validation, encouragement, comfort and kindness. I hope my message can sink into your thoughts while you sleep.

Same here! I listen to three of her positive affirmation tracks everyday! I've woken up to two of them, already, this morning! I struggle with a terminal neurological condition that has made life extremely difficult for me, and for the longest time, I didn't know what it was, nor how far reaching into my life it would be. Fortunately for me, I've also found a support network of others with the same condition, and it only affects about 1/100-1/1000 people! So, we have felt ALL ALONE, our ENTIRE LIVES! Last night, I introduced our private group to Sofia. I told them how she spoke straight to my heart! In fact, I think it's the first time I've ever had the courage to openly discuss ASMR! But it was because Sofia has helped ME SO MUCH, that I believed so strongly that it was worth opening up ASMR, specifically Sofia, to them, to see if she meets their needs as well. I adore you, Sofia! Just know that! Jon, thanks for putting yourself out there, buddy! I'm with you! This is the FIRST time that ASMR has truly had an affect on me! I've dealt with depression for quite a few years and I often find myself struggling with feelings of not being "good enough". Thanks so much for this wonderful and caring video Sofia! It is SO appreciated and helpful that you cannot imagine! It means so much! A little over a year ago I lost my business, had some health issues that I was dealing with due to being overworked, overstressed, etc., and I did not realize or rather, failed to realize that I not only lost my business but myself in the process. I totally understand the deep, dark abyss of “depression” and "anxiety" that we can fall into without even initially realizing it, then waking up to find you are over your head swimming in it. The part where you talked about feeling like you had to justify your existence got me tearing up a bit. I experienced that exact same thing. Kinda still do sometimes 😅. And the whole video was just so comforting. I'm not sure you know just how much affirmations like the ones you give help someone like me. Someone with depression prone to negative self talk. I turned on this video, on my android phone, listened to it last night, and fell asleep to it. When I woke up, I noticed my cell phone was right next to my head. Just hope I didn't soak up any unnecessary electromagnetic energy from the cell phone tower signal to adversely affect my brain. Hopefully Sofia's calm positive affirmations counteracted any negative effects.

There's a lot of messages like this that can be told in a way that just seem fake, or manufactured, or have some kind of alterier motive to them, maybe because I just have a hard time trusting people nowadays, but when I listened to you and heard what you said, especially about how "it is good that you exist", it made me feel at peace. I don't know how to explain it, but not a ton of people get told what should be told the way you said it. You know your audience and you know what people are feeling and that's amazing, Sofia. You kept saying all the things I needed to hear from something like this, and even if this wasn't an ASMR video, people still need to hear this kind of message. I just kept going "she's right, she's right" as the video went on.
You're really reassuring with your audience, too. Asking people to either close their eyes and relax and listen to your words or just hear what you have to say as you start to dream is great. You have such a comforting tone. I drifted off this video but I wanna watch it again honestly because seeing your expressions, your eye or head movement feel and looks so natural. Your smiles add a certain warmness to your words.

I just wanted to say that I’m proud of you, Sofía. I know that you have this incredible ability to tap into roleplays, and introduce us to new characters. You give us stories, adventures, laughs and fun.
But then you turn around and do videos like these. It takes a whole lot of strength to tap into things that hit close. It takes a lot to admit to feelings of inadequacy and insecurity to an audience. I'm not sure what to make of the statement "I am enough" as an ISTJ listener. I genuinely believe you mean it so I don't take it the other way around. The thing is.. sometimes there is such thing as "enough" but, I don't strive for that. Going above & beyond with calculations is my way to go. If we fast forwards this to when I'm in a romantic relationship, I still wouldn't know what to make of it, the determining factors appears to be who & how sincere it was said.
So, still deliberating amongst myself about whether I like Affirmations (positive). I think my deal is primarily resisting. I will go through your suggested playlist & hopefully I will find out with you whether I am able to cope.
The last 10 minutes make me melt. Whispers are the best!

I am having a hard time thinking I am enough. There's so much work to do and I can't seem to get caught up. I worked 13 hours yesterday and today it's raining. I am taking a bit of time to relax a bit before I go out in the rain.

These videos are helping me out right now. I'm working on becoming a personal trainer because working at walmart is making me miserable. I don't look forward to doing things because of how that company makes me feel. These videos give me a reason to be hopefull.

@@LoveSofiaASMR it's not the work, it's the attitude that's bumming me out. They want you to get so much done in a short amount of time that they are never happy with what you do. Walmart is just a means to an end, just a way to keep your head above water.
