Great video. Currently building a 45fter in the highlands. Wish they had a 50 or 55. I like the layout of the spec home the most and the huge covered patio of the 70ft i believe it was. I'm out of state and building with Perry has been a smooth process. Out of all the builders I've seen, i believe Perry knows how to maximize the spaces & they use quality materials.
I love Perry Homes, but they need to throw sliders in their models now. Those are almost a must now. Kitchen cabinet colors as well. White doesn’t pop like the natural brown, greens, blues etc. to keep up with new trends. However, I love the video and the models you chose. One stories for the win!

Oh yea? I think the market has shifted size wise. Most planned communities have caps on home sizes so those mega mansions aren’t really a thing in most places.

Agreed! It is odd that they don’t put sliders in the models. One stories for life! Maybe next time I’ll convince the Mrs. to get one 😆
we have a perry. they gave us 2 years warranty. we love our home!!!!

Perry was king in early 2000s 5,6,7k sq ft. They don’t build them like they used to but perry still nice.
