Although Sonia Gandhi wanted a puppet PM, he performed well on the role. Perhaps a combination of Pranab being the PM and Gentle Singh as the Finance Minister would have been much better for economic growth of India and continuity of congress. Sonia's blind greed to retain power in the family has brought congress down to the present condition.
