    For people asking why Kawhi's shot is number 1, the list was made by TSN of Canada. That's also probably why why there's no college football or basketball.

      Not really what I was thinking. Because that shot decided the entire fate of the playoff run by the Toronto Raptors that season. Kawhi Leonard and his amazing contribution to the team led the Raptors all the way to the NBA title.

    I love how in the Miami Miracle play, big 62, the O Lineman, is the guy that runs down the field and makes the difference with that block. People who say those guys aren’t athletes are insane

      @@mdbp69 You can throw the football backwards, called a lateral, and that is legal. If you were to throw it forward after the line of scrimmage (where the ball is snapped) that would be an illegal forward pass. It was the last play of the game so they had to try everything and it was a miracle that they were able to get a touchdown and win the game.

That said, a jump shot to win the NBA championship is worthy as #1. It's called context. Like Nick Taylor's 72 ft birdie to win Cdn Open, not just the shot but a pinnacle (no pun intended) outcome.

      While those 2016 plays were big moments, the game wasn't over yet. The buzzer beater in this highlight ended the game.

    This is an excellent list, but there had to be a way to get the Auburn-Alabama "Auburn's gonna win the football game!" play in here. I think the Tarasenko goal can come out - it's amazing but there's one of those every few years. Most of these others are really once in a decade (if not ever) plays.

If the worst pitcher in the MLB faced the best baseball player you’ve ever met in your life 100 at bats, he would strike out all 100 at bats, and it wouldn’t even be competitive..... that’s how incredible professional baseball players are.     That's a great goal, but I'm not sure it's even the greatest one Ibra has scored so a bit of an odd choice (I'm thinking of the bicycle kick against England in 2012 for example), and if you're including goals from outside North American leagues like the Giroud scorpion kick, there are better options.

    90+5 on the clock, one minute left in the game.
    DC united have an open net and Rooney tracks back, aged 34, running faster than Bolt at his prime and tackles the last man.
    His tackle is excemplary and his pass from the challenge sets up the scoring goal.
    This is the greatest play in US soccer. This should be on any and every montage y'all have in sport.
    At his age with his knees, he is a master.
    Zlatan and Giroud are men amongst gods!

    So was the penalty on the Beckham catch defensive pass interference? I remember only one other instance of defensive pass interference in which the receiver still caught the ball, it was Panther TE Wesley Walls.

      Yes it was D Pi it happens dozens of times every season where Defensive PI is called yet the the receiver still catches the ball. Mark Andrews had a one handed highlight catch last season

      Bro ray allens was insane but keep in mind that ray allen is one of the best 3 point shooters of all time, and kawhis was buzzer beater to win it in game 7. Thats crazy for someone who isnt known as a 3 point shooter
