As one who was about to get serious with air chairs, this tutorial came just in the right time. Thanks for the bunch of useful information. And as I thought, serious Erin is much better somehow.
Yess! I've been waiting so long for this kind of tutorial, Thank you for considering my suggestion on your past video of freeze mistakes. Absolutely grateful, Erin!
Thanks for the tutorial/mistakes discussion brother! I like the X and O thing you did it really helps me understand. Keep this up man, you never disappoint!
Saunder Ng it somewhat does except for the arms you push more upwards to unstab it. I recommend learning stabbed airchair first, unstabbed will come naturally
I feel like my flexibility for this move isn't good enough. Do you think a good exercise is to have one hand on the ground in an air chair position while the other hand is placed on something higher off the ground?
Breakdance Decoded but I mean like "step by step." Like a windmill, you need to first swing your legs, then get high on your back, etc etc. Is an airchair just lifting everything all at once?
Nemesis yes you can put it, however I have personal set of instructions for my students to help them get their airchair and airchair transitions faster
sorry irrelevant video.but your video of 7 conditioning exercises for footwork beginners is not available anymore on your channel ! can you please uplaod it?
It is still available :) Here it is: ruclips.net/video/ESDDrD1oBKE/видео.html& We just happened to use a copyrighted song as the background music; thus it's blocked on mobile.
TBH, i thought about 99% of the comments would be like "Who else got here from Boku No Hero Academia?" Surprisingly, there's none! Well, only this one thought...

I have problem, to get my straight legs to do chest. Can somebody help me?
does this work with unstabbed airchairs?
Saunder Ng it somewhat does except for the arms you push more upwards to unstab it. I recommend learning stabbed airchair first, unstabbed will come naturally
i now see the importance of breaking things down
It's easier to practice moves bit by bit than just go in and "try hard"
💀💀💀💀
I feel like my flexibility for this move isn't good enough. Do you think a good exercise is to have one hand on the ground in an air chair position while the other hand is placed on something higher off the ground?
Alan J I believe by flexibility you mean shoulder flex. doing chair freeze and doing shoulder stretches helps alot
ty bro
so is doing the air chair just throwing everything in the air? is that all you need to do in terms of execution? just lift everything?
What do you mean? It's understanding what I showed in the video

Breakdance Decoded ok. Are you planning to do a "___ ways to get into an Airchair" series?
First I gotta get into chair freeze
