City building, city management, city planning + diplomacy, similar to Civilizations but with a cooler and darker setting.

This is a survival game but with city, different from 4K game, we're not only worrying about resources or manpower, in this game there are a lot of events (both from nature and from the humans) we need to pay attention to let our city survive. There are similar games like this, the one that I have played is Survive The Aftermath.
