And sometimes the theme is slightly different, like with Knuckles and Rouge. Side note: the lack of loading zones in them versus having them in the first game is neat.
The history of the Pianta at the start of the original Coconut Mall. He used to point to the escalator that was going up, but was murdered and not replaced for Mario Kart 7, 8 Deluxe, or Tour. Except he actually DID appear in the TRAILER for the Booster Course Pass.
It would be cool if we got more power up’s based on enemies like Monty Moles or Blooper’s. The Monty Mole suit would make it so you can dig underground and jump out of the ground (similar to Drill Kirby) and the Blooper Suit would make it so you can swim faster and shoot out ink that stuns enemies.
Here’s a weird one: the history of Mario kart stats! Anything from charcter’s weights to the ability to see individual kart stats, I’d be interested to see what’s changed over their introduction, and how they can work courses around it! Love your content man, keep up the fantastic work!
The objectively best character in every mario party game, counting every small advantage they may get. From larger hitboxes in some minigames to special character related events to avoiding certain enemy AI by having that character
Dude, June Zoom has been an absolute blast so far! Also, for the whole idea part I believe a small analysis on why Shadow's story in SA2 was so great would be awesome.
Talk about a game you’ve always wanted to gush about but never really found a way to do so, whether due to the game’s obscurity or the inability to figure out how to phrase it, or any other reason. You have a passion for the little details that I’ve never noticed before and seeing you so enthusiastic about the little things in games I’ve played dozens of times but never noticed always makes me smile. Thanks, ZoomZike!
This might be an odd thing to suggest to most people, but I would really love to see a level analysis of a level from Sonic 06. Despite all the jank that game has, the level design in the game is actually really good.
The Mario Kart track where you'd like to live in the most, including background decorations. Maybe you think the Wild Woods village seems cozy? How about the city in Toad Harbor? Or you'd rather have a permanent vacation on Daisy's Cruise Ship? So many options!
A Tier list / analysis on all of the Mario & Luigi Bros moves (Animation, amount of damage, Usability, Quicktime button presses, ect,) Loving the June Zoom!! 😄Mad props for the amount of content you made this month!
Rating every mario party dice block ever by how satisfying it is to hit, or by how good it looks!! Love your identifying luck series, easily my favorite thing to watch on RUclips, never stop what you’re doing gamer man :)
I’d really like some speculation on who is reading/making the books that contain the Paper Mario series. The first 3 games begin with a book opening narration, and in the Paper Jam crossover with the Mario and Luigi series we see that the at least one of the Paper Mario worlds is canonically contained within these types of books. So who in the Mario World is making these books?
Paper jam if you play long enough actually has a part where Luigi straight up remembers that he wrote the book as a birthday gift for Peach but as the events of paper jam play out it's clear the book is magical and continued writing itself after Luigi wrote the orginal N64 title that's why when it fell all the characters came out of the book.
My idea is "The Many Routes of The Goopy Inferno", where you analyze all the possible methods of beating the third mission of Pianta Village in Super Mario Sunshine. I think it would be interesting because of just how many ways there are to beat the level, it's one of the most open-ended, if not the most, in the game.
If you could create your own Mario party game, what would it look like? What boards, what characters and what mini-games would you include? The June Zoom is great so far, I liked every single video so far, keep on the good work!
Do a June Zoom Recap. Share any interesting things behind the scene, like how you come up with ideas, whether you run into difficulties and/or challenges and how you coped with them.
a short and sweet bit of the Crazy Taxi 1 map’s atmosphere is something i’d love to hear talked about. the music, real brands, sounds, etc all bringing it to life is something that goes under appreciated in my opinion
Ranking the height of the jump from various Nintendo characters, maybe including real world measurements and scale to see how crazy, or under whelming, it gets! Also well done with June Zoom this year, I'm enjoying the videos even more than last time, and your energy is quite infectious.
I really like the idea behind your Definitive Mario Kart video you did a (very) long time ago. It’d be awesome to see something like that where you pull ideas from different games, but this time for Mario Party! Like which Chance Time system you like the best, which items/ item system, or maybe even some boards and minigames. Zikey Zoom’s Definitive Mario Party!
I remember you mentioning the fruit of grisaia at some point and I thought it would be nice to see you comment and dissect the themes that each of the routes try to approach. Thanks for the all the amazing content this month!
Probably one of my favorite video ideas was the "Every Race I Play Adds A New Code" video, and I'd like to see that style of video return, but with a new game! Maybe a different Mario kart or even a new game entirely but with the same concept. Good luck with the rest of June Zoom!
Going over the designs of levels in Kid Icarus Uprising in a similar manner to how you've done SA2 and NSMB. Either a few stages that stand out to you, or a few fun details or philosophies the devs may have had for certain decisions on each stage. Those videos are my favorite, so seeing even more would be amazing.
I LOVE the Identifying Luck and really like the Zikedowns, and also I love rankings silly stuff very seriously. So idea: ranking the mario party series boards by how good of a place to live they'd be. I know at least the MP8 tycoon town has people living there, so that's at least one.
Firstly, this is the first June zoom I've seen and I've come to love it. Especially since it's in my birthday month. To the idea, a video discussing the temporal paradoxes in Mario and Luigi Parterns in time.
I honestly been wanting someone to take a peek at one of their favorite Nintendo Directs in an analytical way,to see it in retrospective or talking about how they felt about it at the time,go nuts with it! Im legit curious how you would tackle the subject.
The many unique additions and changes across the hole Fire Emblem from Shadow Dragon and the Blade of Light up to the current entry Fire Emblem Three Houses.
You've been doing a lot of Sonic Adventure Chao content this Zoom, that got me wanting an "Identifying Luck" type video analyzing the different Chao events, namely Chao Karate and Chao Race from Adventure 1 and 2, possibly comparing different versions in 1 and 2 (as well as between the GC and Dreamcast versions, if there are differences). I have no idea if that'd be not a lot or way too much to cover, but I'd be interested to see it!
A video on Paper Mario party members. Could be a great showcase of what made them so special and how the newer games aren't the same without some extra company. I still love Paper Mario with all my heart and you've made some banger Paper Mario videos, so hoping this could be another banger. Good luck for the rest of June.
I would love to hear your thoughts on what you'd want out of a third Super Mario Galaxy and what you would expect from it if it were to ever happen! Or if you don't want it to happen, why it would be a bad idea. I love your videos, it's been fun watching over the years!
Hey, month has sucked cause I got covid but otherwise it's been alright. My idea is: Studying the biology of Isle Delfino enemy variants. Like how did the Stu family evolve from goombas? Electrokoopas? Which Piranha plant species would Petey have most likely descended from? It would be interesting to hear your take on why exactly these enemies have strategically adapted to their environment in ways that make them so unique from their ancestors.
it’s be interesting to see your take on mario & sonic at the olympic games. whether you decide to follow a specific event through iterations, the details in specific animations/characters/stadiums, or anything like that. M&S@OG was always one of those series i wish i had as a kid, and even now that i’m 22 i still kinda wish i had one of them lol. also, i just saw your community post about your arm. sending my best wishes your way, hope you recover Zike ❤️
Newest channel I’m subscribed to, and have been on a binge ever since. Love all of the level design videos, especially Sonic stages (Crazy Gadget’s my favorite because of how crazy the stage is). IDEA: level design critique of Shadow the Hedgehog’s Westopolis level (opening level)
I would love to see you talk about your favorite mario kart battle track. whether it's based on aesthetics, the layout, or how they spice up the battle track as time goes on
I'd love to see you cover a game outside of your usual remit, something like Kerbal Space Program. Every game deserves your unique brand of overly enthusiastic overanalysis! Loving the content this month and every month, really is amazing!
Ok, i’ve given it some thought and i think a great suggestion would be an analysis on Mario Party 8’s Koopa Tycoon Town. I know you’ll probably end up talking about it in depth in a couple months anyway but it still seems like it would be cool to see, considering it’s one of the coolest boards in the series. Anyway good luck with the rest of June Zoom 3 and have a wonderful day!
I think it’d be cool to see a video about who your favorite Mario series character is and why. Mario is a big part of your channel (for obvious reasons) so it’d be neat to get more of your perspective on the series through your favorite character!
Honestly, I kinda wanna see a tier list of a bunch of characters from your childhood games or games that you cover now. This sounds stupid honestly because trying to pit mario against sonic is something people have done for years and have always failed, but seeing alpharad's video on ranking every single pokemon makes me want to see how normal characters are seen when put against other games.
Tick Tock Clock is one of my favorite Mario Kart courses in the series, but as far as I can think of, it's the only track that explicitly takes place in a level from a mainline Mario game. I feel like the fact that they haven't done this more is a huge missed opportunity, so I want to know what level(s) from previous mainline Mario games you'd want to see reinterpreted as Mario Kart race tracks. Or if you want to get really wild, maybe even talk about a location from a spin-off, such as a Mario Party board perhaps? Or a location in the Paper Mario series even? I just feel like there are so many cool possibilities that Nintendo ignores! EDIT: Okay, so I just looked through some of your older videos I hadn't seen before and found that apparently you already basically did this in your Definitive Mario Kart video, but it says "Slightly Outdated" in the title, so I guess I'll just let you use this as an opportunity to update your opinions on that if you want! Or just talk about ones that didn't quite make the cut since I'm sure there were some.
Here’s a random one. Talk about unlocking secret characters in the Lego Star Wars games. Something that is (hopefully) not that much of a hassle. Also, been loving June Zoom. Started watching your Identifying Luck series and I subscribed while watching your first video. Good luck with the rest of the month!
A video on one of your favorite handheld Sonic levels (whether it be from advance, rush, etc.) if you have played any. It's always fun to hear you go in depth on a level you like.
This is an incredibly stupid idea, but I'd love if you had a video comparing the designs of mario enemies, like comparing how koopas or twomps look from game to game and trying to find a canonical reason for why that is.
Here's something I have been wondering about... As most know by now, the game known as Mario Maker along with it's sequel satisfies the wishes of those who dreamt to create and design their own levels and worlds in the Mario franchise. However, a problem has emerged for some fans. (Including me.) Where does 2D Mario go from here? It seems that we have peaked in terms of community and creativity, which is concerning when thinking about future entries. How will it improve, if ever beyond a few tweaks? I fear that the formula will grow stale no matter what changes. I would like to hear your take on the subject, Zoom. Is 2D Mario over? Or just beginning to change?
Why "Link: The Faces of Evil" and "Zelda: The Wand of Gamelon" will always be the best Zelda games ever made. Cause y'know, the quality content ;) I subbed to you in August last year, so this is your first June Zoom that I've seen. I wasn't expecting it and its been really cool to get new and different videos every day. Thanks ZoomZike :D
So I've seen some videos talking about how some vloons tower defense monkeys like the glue gunner are actually commiting war crimes. What if you did something like that for kirby? Like a tier list of every single copy ability rated not by power or mobility, but by how bad of a war crime actually using the ability in combat would be.
I loved the Mario Kart track analysis's you did! One of my favorite parts were the short moments that you talked about how you can see certain tracks in other courses like daisy's ship appearing on peach Beach. It would be really cool if you could try to connect all courses with each other somehow!
These June zoom 3 videos have been great! Video idea: wondering how the Mario 64/Odyssey paintings are made, considering theyre made up of some still moving gooey substance that warps as you stand close to it, maybe it's made from something similar to shadow Mario's paint or something else entirely
With your video on how the Super Mario Sunshine goop tastes, it made me think of what other Mario series items would taste like. Such as all the different types of mushrooms, the multitude of items across the RPGs, and whatever else across the series. Also, the June Zoom has been goin great!! :)
Rate every single zone's loop-de-loops from every single single sonic game I've adored this year's June Zoom, I wish I could find this same mentality with my work!
Rate all the mario powerups by their taste AND nutritional value June Zoom has been incredible this year so far. Always excited to see the next day's vid ^^
Do whatever you want, you're awesome and I heavily applaud your effort with the June Zoom. I don't have this discipline to do this lol. Though, something involving how cool the Rex Wheelie from Kirby Air Ride would be a fun video to see. :D
Damn, you're insane! Good luck lol My idea is that you do a video a bit like your Mario Kart 9 one, but for Mario Party, where your describe what your ideal Mario Party would have in terms of roster, maps, mechanics, etc.
I can’t believe we’re already halfway through! It feels like yesterday that I discovered your channel through the Mario Kart Code video you did a while back. Could you do a video appreciating the host’s roles in Mario Party? I feel like characters like Toad and Toadette don’t get enough appreciation :,(.
Definitely a video on Wario World. That’s a game that I never see anyone make videos about. As for the topic, maybe some sort of deep dive on the enemies and bosses? If there’s anything Wario World is well known for, it’s the unique and unusual enemies that inhabit the world. There is not much lore about the enemies other than the fact that the Black Jewel created them, so I’d like to see your take on them.
June Zoom has been amazing so far this year, looking forward to the second half of it! So. The idea. The burger sign found in City Escape and it’s implications of the universe’s currency
I’ve been loving these videos :) I’d love to see you discuss your thoughts on Super Princess Peach, if you’ve played it! If not, maybe your thoughts on which characters you think should get their own game and why (like Waluigi, Daisy, or Zelda, for instance).
Which of the P5 phantom thieves if your favorite, and why? Huge fan of everything you do ZoomZike absolutely my favorite youtuber; all the passion in your voice in every video makes your whole channel a huge blast! Can't wait to see the rest of what you have cooking for June Zoom!
The Sonic Adventure 2 level select screen is pretty interesting, it helps bring the world together. Although not as much as the adventure 1 hub worlds did, but it would be nice for a small analysis of that level select screen :)
Something like a turistic guide/tour of interesting locations in mario games, i really enjoyed the 3d prospective in your ttyd bestiary video and it would be cool to see that idea expanded further
Hey, ZoomZike! You make great videos and I love your content, man! If you happen to pick my idea, it would be cool to hear your thoughts on One Piece if you watch it. If you don't (you should probably start), then it would be cool to hear your thoughts on Luffy's powers (up-to-date only with the anime that is). There are some crazy things he can do, and I would love to hear your thoughts relating to my favorite anime of all time. Keep up the great work!
A video analyzing the Hard Boiled Heavies from Sonic Mania; they've become some of my favorite villains in the series, but no one ever talks about them. Each one is so distinct, despite all coming from the same base; you can tell the devs put a lot of time into their designs, moves, and personalities
Sonic feet. What is your favourite (main) kind of Sonic shoe? Classic, Modern, Adventure w/ upgrades, SOAP, Riders? Basically anything with a new spin on the red and white design. Love you Zoom
A mini-retrospective on some licenced kids games you played growing up, I love taking some time to think about how the crappy games I played way back when influenced what I play today, or just if they would hold up to my current standards
I’d love to here your thoughts on every single final boss in the smash bros series honestly. Since ultimate is out and I haven’t seen u do much about ultimate it’d be cool to see that throu! Btw: you’re one of my favorite youtube channels and I often come back to listen to the Mario party videos when doing homework keep up the great work -PikaEmblem
I know you love analyzing the level designs in games such as SA2 & NSMB, which is why I want you to make a video analyzing Sonic Robo Blast 2’s level design. I don’t know if you’ve heard about this fangame but it’s absolutely awesome and really feels like the genesis games in 3D.
I think it would be really neat to hear you talk about the SA2 level select. It's personally one of my favorite level selects since it allows you to feel the cohesiveness of the world without it being a hub world that connects everything. That's just so much cooler than a plain old level list.
Ranking or tier list of every Mario Kart item in the series (they don’t have to include the character items from Super Circuit since you can’t use them) from your personal favorite to least favorite including Mario Kart Double Dash special character items. Thanks ZoomZike and keep schmoving through June Zoom :)
Been loving June Zoom 3! I have an odd idea that's been in the back of my head ever since I played through Luigi's Mansion 2 In the game it seems like the mansions seem to have a mysterious back story. The second mansion for example always made me think it was a normal place where a family lived but either the father or mother was a crazy botanist who went too far with their plants or with the third mansion where it seemed like a clockwork inventor discovered a hidden tomb but tried to keep it a secret from others.
I got an idea, tell us what your favorite trial is out of all the ace attorney games and explaining what you like about it. I think that would be cool also loving the content man keep up the good work 👍
I would love to see you talk about game over themes in video games. They typically go unsung, and there are a ton of great ones out there, some somber, some goofy, some genuine bangers.
Video idea: Describe in exquisite detail how every enemy tastes as Kirby digests them and if they're worth swallowing or spitting out (just based on taste, not if they give a power). As for the Kirby game of choice to do this, Kirby and the Forgotten Land. Including the Mouthful Mode stuff he eats is optional.
A timeline theory focusing on Wario’s life, how he went from having a massive castle in Wario Land 2, to being broke in a tiny house in the WarioWare series.
A breakdown and exploration in how level design explores theme in both a narrative and design sense and what is needed to make your levels meaningful not only in the development of an idea but what it can say through that
Something I would love to see would be what your favorite power ups are from the Metroid series. Considering how much bigger Samus's arsenal has become recently, I think it would be pretty challenging and interesting!

(Including me.)
Where does 2D Mario go from here?
It seems that we have peaked in terms of community and creativity, which is concerning when thinking about future entries.
How will it improve, if ever beyond a few tweaks? I fear that the formula will grow stale no matter what changes.
I would like to hear your take on the subject, Zoom. Is 2D Mario over? Or just beginning to change?
Why "Link: The Faces of Evil" and "Zelda: The Wand of Gamelon" will always be the best Zelda games ever made. Cause y'know, the quality content ;)
I subbed to you in August last year, so this is your first June Zoom that I've seen. I wasn't expecting it and its been really cool to get new and different videos every day. Thanks ZoomZike :D
Super Paper Mario Lore, sequel to the first hidden lore video
So I've seen some videos talking about how some vloons tower defense monkeys like the glue gunner are actually commiting war crimes.
What if you did something like that for kirby? Like a tier list of every single copy ability rated not by power or mobility, but by how bad of a war crime actually using the ability in combat would be.
It would be interesting to hear which level in SA2 was your least favorite, and why.
The history of the coin sound effect throughout the Mario Bothers series
I loved the Mario Kart track analysis's you did! One of my favorite parts were the short moments that you talked about how you can see certain tracks in other courses like daisy's ship appearing on peach Beach. It would be really cool if you could try to connect all courses with each other somehow!
I'd love to know your favorite piece of music from each mario party ❤
rating every mario wahoo and wario wah from worst to best.
A video on Rogueport from TTYD! Just you talking about the various locations/citizens/references of the town. Good luck on the rest of month!
I don't have any ideas, I just want to say congratulations on making it this far, all your videos have been quality and I don't know how you do it.
An in-depth character analysis of any particular character/characters from the Paper Mario franchise
Rate every single zone's loop-de-loops from every single single sonic game
I've adored this year's June Zoom, I wish I could find this same mentality with my work!
Rate all the mario powerups by their taste AND nutritional value
June Zoom has been incredible this year so far. Always excited to see the next day's vid ^^
I like the sonic level discussions! They are quite comprehensive usually, and I quite agree with them!
Do whatever you want, you're awesome and I heavily applaud your effort with the June Zoom. I don't have this discipline to do this lol.
Though, something involving how cool the Rex Wheelie from Kirby Air Ride would be a fun video to see. :D
Damn, you're insane! Good luck lol
My idea is that you do a video a bit like your Mario Kart 9 one, but for Mario Party, where your describe what your ideal Mario Party would have in terms of roster, maps, mechanics, etc.
There will never be a powerup like the SMW cape. Powerful, versatile, and just difficult enough to master.
If not, maybe your thoughts on which characters you think should get their own game and why (like Waluigi, Daisy, or Zelda, for instance).
you should do a tier list ranking of all of your june zoom videos! this includes any previous june zooms :)
Zike going through a Sonic Mania level pointing out all the little winks and nods the devs put there
The Sonic Adventure 2 level select screen is pretty interesting, it helps bring the world together. Although not as much as the adventure 1 hub worlds did, but it would be nice for a small analysis of that level select screen :)
I personally would love to see you talk about more Sonic Adventure 2 levels! Or just more in-depth analyses.
Btw: you’re one of my favorite youtube channels and I often come back to listen to the Mario party videos when doing homework keep up the great work
-PikaEmblem
Going in-depth about your favorite Mario Party minigame would be interesting.
Btw you're awesome
I know you love analyzing the level designs in games such as SA2 & NSMB, which is why I want you to make a video analyzing Sonic Robo Blast 2’s level design. I don’t know if you’ve heard about this fangame but it’s absolutely awesome and really feels like the genesis games in 3D.
I think it would be really neat to hear you talk about the SA2 level select.
It's personally one of my favorite level selects since it allows you to feel the cohesiveness of the world without it being a hub world that connects everything.
That's just so much cooler than a plain old level list.
Best SFX badge from any Paper Mario game.
Ranking or tier list of every Mario Kart item in the series (they don’t have to include the character items from Super Circuit since you can’t use them) from your personal favorite to least favorite including Mario Kart Double Dash special character items. Thanks ZoomZike and keep schmoving through June Zoom :)
The intriguing complexity of Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing.
Been loving June Zoom 3! I have an odd idea that's been in the back of my head ever since I played through Luigi's Mansion 2
In the game it seems like the mansions seem to have a mysterious back story.
I think that would be cool also loving the content man keep up the good work 👍
You should do an indepth analysis of why Berdly from Deltarune is a true Alpha Gamer
Your favorite final smashes in ultimate.
*Banjo Tooie* - The environmental impact of Mumbo Jumbo making the water in Jolly Roger's Lagoon breathable.
