When a Black American talks, you better listen carefully, or you will miss the message. I can only imitate the accent for so long. Shout out from South Africa!!!
I sm 'White', and I am truely greatful snd proud of Black Americans. I actually like most Black people. They have made MANY contributions to this country. And the world! Trevor Noah is wonderful too. He is intelligent, for sure!
the first time I heard of Trevor Noah was on a 7-hour coach journey in Zimbabwe from Harare to Bulawayo many years ago where they played different South African comedians on the entertainment system. And then I was fortunate enough to see him play at the Soho Theatre comedy club in London over the years. I liked him on The Daily Show, but it almost seemed that after the first few weeks, he had to dumb it down a bit as his jokes became less cynical and more direct. But that's what you need to do to reach a wider TV audience, I guess.
"Willing to do the time". Subtle jab there, Noah. Nice one :)
i watched so many reactor react to this bit, but most of them didn't catch this...😂😂😂

I’ve known Trevor Noah through his born crime book. Loved it. Sold in Ethiopia 🇪🇹 now I’m hooked!
Trevor was an excellent, popular (the most popular, I would say) comedian in South Africa before he went to the USA.
Hi new sub from South Africa 🇿🇦

You hit the nail on the head. You have to reach wide audiences. This happens throughout film and music as well. Glad you got to see Prime Noah
