1)you just make rule that i wil not repeat wudu untill and unless i am 100% sure
2)see if you have doubts implement over that *only* if you can swear by Allah

Wa 'alaikum assalam wa rahmatullah. Im happy that Allah cured you. I just wanted to let you know that you don't need to make a promise to Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala) in order to be cured. It is permissible to make promises to Allah but doing so adds more obligations to you

You have to remember in these moments your not alone . Your not. Allah is with you. You have to be patient.
It is a matter in which you have to remain silent. Because in these moments you will have hightened anxiety. What has been made in one's mind by shaytan is that what the person has become fearful of is magnified even though there is nothing there. So every little thing is taken notice of. You have to tell yourself your going to ignore no matter what . No matter what, because its the way out. Your not accountable for it. For many it's beyond control. It on auto. Repeating thoughts and notion and ideas that do not exist. You have to just ignore. Do not be afraid. Shaytan wants to make you afraid and remain trapped in it avoid your actual life's problems. You must stop being afraid of it of it of these thoughts because they can do nothing to harm, there just thoughts and have to remain as just thoughts. You can't give these thought any emotion or association to anything , they mean nothing, They come, and there gone, and there forgotten. If they come you ignore. Your not accountable at all for what what is done accidentally and in mistake and for what comes to your mind so long as you don't say it or do it this is what our messenger has said . And this is for all types of waswas. You are not afraid. None of it can harm you or affect you so long as you ignore it. There is nothing wrong with you in regards to these thoughts . You just need to ignore shaytan.
You need to also increase your confidence, boost it. Because part of what this does is take away your confidence to leave you feeling doomed and hopeless. You need to be sharp and focused. Identify your actual problems. And reduce stress. By doing adthkar. Exercising . And filling your heart with immense hope, optimism and encouraging thoughts.. So you need to highten and boost your confidence. It can't harm you!. Move quickly, forget it, it didn't happen. It's just nonsense.
It doesn't befit the Lion to respond to the barking fo the Dogs. Hold your head high. Walk with honour it can't harm you, you keep moving you've put your self through alot your Lord knows he will compensate you with reward . You see nothing is wasted. And everything that happens to the believer is good.
Allah loves those who put there trust in him.
May Allah bless you , be strong. The main thing is that you fight by knowing and considering that it didn't happen and your fear will and thoughts will disapate and fade . It's just whispers ,everytime
Allah is with those who are patient .

This is the best solution. You need to Know and feel it that it's not you who is thinking all this. It is shatian who saying that to you that you are thinking like this and you believe him and think it's you. People try to use logic when whisper comes to them. The more logic they use and they more they think about it the more severe it becomes. Instead of using your left logical brain you should use your right side of brain which is about symbols, feelings and perceptions (if you know what I'm talking about )(visit any Muslim psychologist to understand this if your whispers are severe)
When Islam has said you will not be held accountable for it why do you fear it?
If the whispers are severe that means their is internal disharmony within you. Whispers are a result of internal disharmony within a person so the
2nd solution is to talk to any muslim psychologist.

Syeda. This is not what the shaykh said for this type he said not to base any action on it. Not to do actions when it comes to you. But you shoul have your daily adhkar and Qura’an as a general protective measure. That when it comes to you totally disregard it as though it didn’t even happen no acknowledgement whatsoever. It’s the same for all these types of taharah , regarding Allah. When you overwhelmed by doubts and excessive waswas. You don’t move your lips nor your legs nor your thoughts for it as to give it acknowledgement. You considered that nothing happened and in reality nothing has , an you continue with whatever you are doing. The one who doesn’t do much in his day. Or just sits with his thoughts will struggle to cure himself. It is very important that your thoughts are not repeated.

Keep making dua! If it increases, I think it means it is getting better in shaa Allah aamieen. You could see it like the last resort of an army trying to put everything on everything for one last chance/battle. I think that is what Saytan is trying to do when you feel it is increasing: putting everything on everything, but if you over come that last battle, than you have won the war in shaa Allah aamieen w Allahu a3lem
may Allah subhanahu wata3ala give you, and me, and all our muslim brothers and sisters cure from al waswaas and cure from all illnesses and protect us from all illnesses and help us and protect us from all waswaas and from all that is bad, Allahumma aamieen !!!

Hope you are well. The shaykh in this video has given us a principle. And that is for these type of whispers.
1.Is that you DO NOT DO ANYTHING because of the
      waswas.
      2. And do Not LEAVE ANYTHING because of the waswas.
If you are reading Quran and they come. Don't leave
      Quran. By doing other things.
You don't have to do anything,
you Continue what you are currently doing.
And don't move for it or speak to it when it come to your mind.
Relax they don't mean anything and hold no importance, everyone suffers from whispers, it's normal. Don't give thIs event it more than its worth. It's just whispers. All of these are related, when it comes to taharah, or salaah, or regarding Allah. And others. They are merely whispers. Shaytan will make you cautious and fearful. This means this this means that.have n fear. Do not be cautious nor fearful.
'consider nothing happened and everything is ok,
Pretend you didnt say anything. Act like nothing happened'
Remember the authentic Hadith of the Prothet peace be upon him. Who said.
Allah glorified and exalted has forgiven my ummah for what thoughts come to their mind so long as they do not act on it or utter it.

    • @penguinman38
      @penguinman38 3 года назад

that's totally normal. Keep doing so and then you will see it decrease by the permission of Allah

    • @penguinman38
      @penguinman38 3 года назад +1

Sister, check my channel, it has a playlist on Waswasa. My sister, do not worry. Allah does not hold you accountable for thoughts you can't control. The fact that you are worrying is a sign that this is from Shaitan. The fact that you hate it is a clear sign of Emaan!
Keep striving sister, it will go away
      in sha Allah.
Shaitan wants you to give up on salah and dua. And he wants to lead you to sin (and that will cuase the shaitan to have a bigger grip on you).
Sister, do not fear the Shaitan but fear Allah. Allah has revealed that the plan of the Shaitan is weak.
Honestly, you just got to ignore these whispers and keep your trust in Allah, subhanahu wa ta'ala.

Assalamualikum I have a problem regarding ocd and waswas and also and constant feeling which makes me almost certain that I pass wind majority of the times I make wudu and pray. It sometimes takes me upto 2/3 hours to pray a salah. It had made me lose khushoo and sweetness of salah. The feeling of me passing wind is not constant when I’m not doing wudu or salah but As soon as I put my hands to wash them for wudu I get this feeling. and I can go periods without feeling it. It feels more like a sting and release of wind and I’m almost certain it is me breaking wind. My dad told me to make one wudu per salah and no matter what I feel I should carry on but the problem is that the feeling is not continuous and the fatwa that was given was that the rulling should only apply to those with constant flatuency. Please tell me what I can do to ease my situation may Allah SWT bless us all
    Barakallahu fik.
Also, I have a lot of stomach issues and do pass quite a lot of gas throughout the day but not enough to the point where I am excused and I can go through periods without passing it
