- Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia really surprised us! 🤩 From wandering around its streets to hit the jackpot at a local street market 🍀
We had a fully intensive day exploring this city and our first impressions were really great 😊
Expect to see some incredible places like Batu Caves 🌈 or the view from the Petronas Towers 🏙️ but we’ll show you also some less touristy spots 🛕

one thing you need to understand when you come to Malaysia, we as Malaysian respect and celebrate other religion celebration. In fact, we are happy that we can celebrate it with our fellow Malaysian. That is why you would see Xmas deco in Chinatown, or Chinese New Year deco in Little India, or our Malaysian friend with different religion fasting with Muslim in the Muslim Fasting Month. For us, it doesnt matter what is your religion, as long as we are happy, having fun together. In fact, Malaysia have so many Public Holiday to celebrate each religion festive day.

Dont start about being minorities, I DARE YOU TELLING ME WHERE ON EARTH THE GOVERNMENT PAY FOR MINORITIES PRIVATE SCHOOL? HECK,,WHERE IN THE WORLD GOVERNEMT IT SELF BUILD SCHOOL FOR MINORITIES? Does in China have School for Minorities? Does in Indonesia have school for Chinese (Even the number of Chinese there is far more bigger then in Malaysia). Hell,,,does Singapore have school for Malay which is once the Majority in Singapore?. If the Malays were so cruel, treat minorities like badly, NAME ME TOP 10 RICHEST PERSON IN MALAYSIA. The first Minorities (not African/American) elected in US Congress was in 1957, which is hundred years after US was build, the first MINORITIES elected as Minister is Malaysia was in 1957. That is right after Merdeka.
What an ignorance person you are. Learn you history, I think if your ancestor alive, they will spank your generation so hard until you guys wanna migrate back to china/india. (Even China or India doesnt want you guys back in their country). If you think you are being oppress here, why dont you Migrate to other country maybe Australia, Canada, US.... Live there and you will know the real meaning of MINORITIES. You know what, you still have descendants in China/India,,,why not migrate there. See if you think they will treat you well.

If only you are here in 25th Jan, we are celebrating THAIPUSAM and Baru Caves and Penang are famous for this festival, one of the most shocking festivals where the devotees carry the kavadis for blessing or fulfill their vows. Some pierced their bodies with spears and needles.A colourful sights and sounds which you can experience during the festival. Even the devotees from India come to Batu Caves to celebrate Thaipusam.

I've managed to visit italy briefly twice last year, the first time to rome, and then a 2nd time to venice. Very nice 👍 As a matter of fact, all our stuff shipped from the UK (we left UK 5 months ago!) have just arrived to our place, boxes and boxes of them, and we have just started opening up a few, going through what are inside. We found some souvenir items we bought while in italy, fridge magnets, t shirts, cookies, and 1 favorite item: a tin/can of espresso napoletano ground coffee by caffè toraldo, with a beautiful floral motif 💖

I (Mat) am from Tuscany by the sea and Angie is from a little town under Monviso mountain in Piedmont. You should visit Florence next time it’s near to my hometown and it’s crazily beautiful.. and there are so many other places stunning in Italy 🇮🇹 we made a bunch of videos about them on our Italian road trip.. we hope they may come in handy in your future travels 🥹

to mat n angie i thank you both for being willing to vacation in malaysia. Here I apologize because there is garbage scattered on the shoulders of pedestrians. This is not the attitude of Malaysians because we have been taught from childhood to take care of cleanliness. Garbage that is seen is not disposed of properly because there are foreign workers such as Bangladesh, Pakistan, Myanmar and so on who do not know how to maintain cleanliness and like to throw garbage everywhere. Some of them do not have work permits and enter my country illegally. This is what we Malaysians are facing now and we feel very sad.
Unfortunately garbage on the streets is a problem everywhere.. 😩 you can find it in Rome, New York, Dubai.. it’s everywhere.. we should act not against people but act together to find solutions at this huge problem 😰
