Ms. Massey's mother had called dispatch the week before this and told them Sonya was having a mental devolvement and if she should call 911 for service to please try to send officers/deputies with training and patience to handle a person with mental health issues because mom was afraid if a hotheaded, racist, ego maniacal, unable to de-escalate, trigger happy, just plain bad officer showed up to the call Sonya would wind up dead. And this is what happened. It's very sad. This dude WAS a bad cop period. He had been with multiple agencies in less than ten years.
