Another important tip....Get there as early as possible before lunch time or folk will need to wait an hour to resume the process. If you arrive at immigration between 11am/12pm, you risk the possibility of this process being 2 days b/c you may need day 2 to complete the extension✏🧾👌🏾

Hey, I'm a new subscriber based on this video, very easy to follow, good job! I'm heading to the Pattaya office tomorrow to try and extend. Best of luck and wishing you continued success👍👍👍
***Update: I did my 30 day extension this morning, took about 2.5 hrs of waiting, but not that difficult at all. Thanks for the push!!!

Bali is amazing. Numerous temples, great digital nomad crowd. Just be wary of Bali Belly. If you eat local food, you may get Stomach Upset. Also, buy Stomach Upset etc Medicine. In Bali, Medicines are 10 times more expensive, buy medicines from Thailand, its cheaper. Other problems you will face in Bali is insane traffic. Bali has a bigger digital nomad crowd than anywhere else in the world i think. good luck

I just happened to have watched this video. I have NEVER been asked to submit a TM.30 form when applying for a 30-day extension (I've gotten many of them). If you're staying at a hotel or hostel, that hotel or hostel is responsible for filing the TM.30 form (usually done electronically) with immigration covering every night you stay. If the hotel fails to submit the TM.30 electronically, then immigration will see this online when you apply for the extension and will ask you to go back to your hotel and make sure they've submitted it. If you're staying with friends, an AirBnB, or an apartment, you need to make sure that the owner has filed a TM.30 for your stay. If they don't, you can give them the form, have them fill it out and sign it, and bring it to immigration just to expedite the process. Normally, tourists staying at a hotel or a hostel never need to submit a TM.30.
The form you need to fill out for an extension is the TM.7. You can print one online line and fill it out in advance.
At most immigration offices, if you bring in the application in the morning, you'll have the extension by the afternoon.
If anyone thinks this information about the TM.30 is incorrect, please comment.

@@xian69-tt5fj Wow, amazing that you were fined for your hotel not reporting! On the other hand, might be worth 1600 Baht to be able to tell the story... all the best... Bob

About the hotel or airbnb. If you stay a week but want to move to another hotel, would that be ok or do you need to show the whole month? If I only booked for only 7 days, would that be ok?

Hi Isaiah, One question for you, and that is, when you went to the immigration office in Pattaya did they issue your new visa extension before your current visa ran out? Or as with me did you have to leave your passport at the office until the day your current visa ran out? I went to the office and filled out all the paperwork but they would not issue my new visa that day because my 30 days did not run out until the next day so they took my payment but I had to return the next day to collect my Passport with the new 30 Day Visa. Not really a problem but I just wondered if you had a similar experience? BTW thanks for your very helpful instructions. Alan from London England. UK.

    Hello👋 😊,
Is the process still the same, in 2024? As far as making the runs to another country for a few days, then coming right back to Bangkok? Are the condos renting leases, mainly month to month? Or for long term leases?

What's the best (cheapest and less hassle) way to do a border run from Pattaya? I just found a condo here, been watching your videos and looked at leguna beach actually but ended up getting s better deal somewhere else. I am converting my tourist visa to an ED visa but need extra time to process it and so will have to do a border run. Farang Thai Visa agency here is quoting me about 3000 baht to do a same day run by bus which would take the entire day. Exhausting, but necessary. Any suggestions for what I should do?
Keep pushing the content out there brother I know its easy to get so used to chilling here haha I do that too, but that's content too I would love to see you do more stuff in Pattaya. Cheers bruv. 🙏🏾

Honestly 3000 baht same day is the best you’re gonna get. That’s what i did. You’re only other option is leaving by plane which would be the same price if not more or going to the border without an agency but that’s probably a hassle

Great Vid! So to my understanding the 45 day tourist Visa has reverted back to 30 days. Just to be clear, If I travel to Thailand can I extend my 30 day tourist Vise for another 30 days at the immigration office ?
