I love the fresh take!!! How about ‘Truth or Scare?’ If you choose truth pick out one small thing about yourself that is interesting, can be anything. Ex: you love green beans or you used to have a Mohawk in middle school, etc. just a small detail that we likely wouldn’t *know. (Nothing security related). If you choose scare (which is really a dare) you have to use a makeup product in a completely unintended way for the rest of the video. Think green eyeshadow as highlighter, glitter on the lips, that lipstick you never wear because you really hate it. Truth or scare! 😂

It's definitely been hit and miss for me for a while. Gotta be honest, the popular mean girl attitude so many of the big (mostly white) makeup influencers took on just really put me off of the makeup world, because it just felt like the same bullshit I went through in middle school and high school.
I'm still signed up for notifications through Sephora, so I'll still get announcements when they have a new brand or a brand put out new items on their website. Sometimes, it's pretty cute, and I get excited. Other times, I'm just like.. Meh.
The last new makeup release that I actually bought, though, was the Colourpop x Haunted Mansion collab. The Haunted Mansion is my favorite ride at Disneyland, so when I saw that Colourpop put out an eyeshadow palette, some lippies, and a couple highlighters, I was sold! I ended up getting the palette and lippie bundle because I'm kinda indifferent to highlighter, and the color they chose for the Super Shock highlighter they made for the collaboration just wasn't doing anything for me. The eyeshadow palette I LOVED! There is some fall out in the pan, but it's very pigmented and applies smoothly! The liquid lipsticks are a grayish purple, brick red, and nude brown, the perfect colors for a Haunted Mansion themed look!
Feeling the same about makeup this year. I'm loving on what I have already and am barely using eyeshadow right now. Have a sweet bronze/blush/highlight and brows routine going though. Oh and Theresa convinced me to buy that darned Lethal x Avatar makeup bag 😆 Totally unnecessary purchase and I won't receive it until the end of July/maybe into August. It is super cute though. Planning to use it for something other than makeup, so I can keep the white fur white for longer 🤞🏻

I'm bad 🤣

Clionadh has a killer Metallic formula. Or if was before the reformation .
Keep in mind that what you get from a big whiff straight from a bottle of fragrance is not the same as how it will smell on you or how it smells on you after it's fully dried down. I know it sounds kind of woo, but our bodies all jive with different fragrances in different ways. Something might smell amazing on you but smell horrible on me and vice versa.
Then there are perfumes like Glossier that are formulated to kind of morph into something a little different on everyone.
Maybe one of your dumpster cards can be "sobriety break"
Like you can't drink for 3 spins. If you land on the drink during those 3, you have to spin again.
Alternatively, you could do waterfall where you'd have to chug your drink 😂

Those high noons are fantastic day drinks, but not the best for drinky drinks. I pick up high noons for those days when I start drinking at like 11 am for game days or weekends at the beach!

If it helps, I work as a nutrition coach, and for my clients that track alcohol it’s 7 calories per gram. Anything you add to it will obviously increase calls but calculating just the alcohol is a start!
If you're not totally opposed to tequila, the high noon tequilas are way better!

The charlotte tilbury highlighter with the 4 colors in pan turns purple when you mix it all together and repress it (it breaks stupidly easy) but looks mildly rosy and so beautiful, I’m a glossier G11 in their pot concealer for reference

I'm excited for the Clionadh palettes. I got into them in 2020 and just knew them for their multi-chromes. I agree that all three palettes viewed together feels a bit eh, but I'm digging the Paleo one (pun unintentional, but I welcome it!). Would love to see reviews on whichever ones you get.

You need to get your nose on a few of these perfumes if you havent yet!!! Some of my favs are: Kilian Princess, Kayali Eden Juicy Apple and Vanilla 28, YSL Black Opium, the 7 Virtues Cherry Ambition, and Dior Hypnotic Poison! Also if you like fruit loops, i just got my order in the mail from a brand called LATHR, i got their new “Fruity Hoops” scent and its SUCH REALISTIC FROOT LOOPS

This new series is great! I've never tried Em Cosmetics as I'm in Canada. Those blushes look AMAZING.
You might like the Healthy Sexy Hair soy shampoo and conditioner. I had to bleach out a “washes out in 14 shampoos” black and my hair wasn’t happy, started using that and my hairdresser was shocked at how healthy my hair seemed. Smells nice too.

Dumpster ideas, all of which are infinitely more entertaining the more you've had to drink:
"Hot Topic" - You have a maximum of one minute to give your opinion on something that has to do with a "hot" topic. This could be about a popular current event, a thing that is figuratively hot such as a spicy snackfood or a harlequin romance novel, or a thing that is literally hot such as deserts or baked potatoes. Part of your minute must be spent deciding which hot topic to talk about, so the longer you take to decide/explain the topic, the less time you have to give your opinion on it, so if that means you only have five seconds left now to propose your solution to climate change then so be it.
"ASMR" - You have to spend the entire following spin's topic whispering and making other assorted ASMR noises. Landing on dumpster again does not cancel it out, you would have to do that dumpster prompt in ASMR mode.
"Musical" - You have to sing your way through the next spin. This can be just a sing-song tone of voice or "to the tune of (recognizable song)."
"Mini Game" - You have to stop the video at hand and play a quick game/activity. Just something simple and silly, like a Dollar Tree toddler puzzle/matching/maze/Etc. or, like, tiny basketball. You can't spin again until you win.
