I see a lot of cost efficiency in this style… no vitrified tiles, no plastering, no painting, no granites, no fancy interiors, which will save a lot of cost. Even reduced temperature due to special ceiling, which even reduces AC and fan running costs
Aynar is a greedy person, he started his career as a mastery, now he acts like an architect, More this type of houses are should be cheap but when you ask him he will say double the cost and claim more labour cost involved,
Really beautifull, but if it will be cool during summer why have they installed AC, when exposed bricks are used in open brick style woundnt it consume more energy....
