House theme is excellent. However the space is not utilised properly. Also i could see the beam in the middle of the hall, there is no proper partition. Overall the structure and concept is good.
Builders should start considering these type of houses in societies or gate community

After using tons of red soil via red bricks, this is still eco friendly house.
Eco friendly means minimal impact on the environment.
Govind C, I agree with. your view......the next best option would have been to use mud bricks using the mud dug out from their own land, not sure they have reduced carbon footprint, used terracotta tiles for the roof could have been easily accessed from nearby shops that sell second hand and old wares, building a self-sustainable and eco friendly house should not ideally cost 72 lakhs. Yes it may consumed more than 6000 fire bricks. They should consider cseb blocks for minimal impact
