@@charcoalcoffeecompany I was having so much trouble with these beans from Miramar. No matter how I adjusted my profile, they still had tipping and were uneven. Washed then sun dried. I thought maybe they were not fully dry but 1 guy said maybe the bag was left open at the distribution center thus dried them too much. Any thoughts?

Im a home roaster and about evert couple of months i buy 5 1kg bags of beans from all over.
I love trying new beans.
