Congrats, this is my first channel subscription in some time! Looking forward to more content. I brew cold brew every day (no matter the season), and I'd love to see different approaches to coffees processed in different ways. For example, I find really light roasted washed coffees really need to be swirled in the water to ensure a flavourful cup, as oppose to espresso roast or naturally processed beans. Love my anaerobic coffees, but at some point I questioned how much coffee terroir was being muted by anaerobic funkiness.
About the Luminous Coffee, The fermentation process is very interesting, If you freeze the beans you stop the fermentation, and if you dry after…Still no more fermentation. Maybe this is why it is more sweet…More sugars are left from the fruits…Tell me what you think… I have been a Beer brewer for a long period in my life…I am turning to Coffee now…What a world…Thanks for your great video…
Type of coffee variety, Roast level. Age of beans. All of these variables matter. But it is good you are talking about the processing. Thanks. You might try Madagascar Bourbon Pointu naturally processed. It is to me a wonderful coffee.

Have you ever had experimentally processed coffee? What did you think?

Luminous coffee is one of my all time favorites man. They really create a special coffee experience
Couldn't agree more!
Please do a espresso vid.
I would really love to hear your opinion on Flavored coffee beans, like those made at Bones coffee.
I know Peixoto is supposed to be one of the top in AZ but I think they're pretty mid. Pair Cupworks, Presta, and Mythical are better imo
First person
Proud of you
