More over, it's been relatively easy to come across (in my daily research findings) examples of failures of this autocratic system (wherein power is consolidated by one person at the top[Putin]).
Thereby, creating a system where people within that system are afraid to speak truth to power - an inability for Russian Henchmen/Oligarchs to communicate to the Person at the top - openly, about the critical (pernicious) issues facing their country economically, militarily and technologically.
ie. An increasingly isolated and unaware Vladimir 'Presitator' Putin.

Denys Davidov pointed out that the transport plane has a bulge in front that prevents standard towtrucks from moving it. You need a special device which they evidently didn't have at that airfield.

Because of the form of the front, this plane needs a special system to be moved which is generally carried in the plane. I guess they have not in this case.

That plane requires a special mount to be moved. They didn't have the mount at the airfield where it landed. So they had to push it to the runway. Denys Davydov mentioned this in his video.

It takes a specifically shaped tow bar to tow/push the IL-76 around on an airfield, due to the bulge under the chin of the aircraft. Not every airfield has one available. Aircraft tugs are too tall to get underneath the IL-76's nose.
Perhaps this airplane could become fly unworthy because of the lots of hand dents on the fuselage.

15003 total artillery (100%) minus 12472= 2531 at 55 per day that’s 46 days of Russian artillery remaining. Even if other countries like China or Iran could produce them Russia has such a strained logistics chain that how would they transport them into country? Somewhere around 2 months Russia will have major defense gaps to plug thanks to no longer having artillery tubes to provide area denial.

The IL-76 requires a specialty tow bar that will fit under the bulge under the nose of the aircraft. Many airfields won't have one. So the plane will need to bring one with it. If it doesn't then you have to have troops move it.

Suggest maybe showing the map entirely at some point in your videos. I searched through for a spot in the video that the map wasn't covered up and couldn't find one. Too long to watch when I was just wanting an updated map as it seems to be hard to find a current one on the internet these days.
So once again..after quite a while I'm back to mention the fact that Ukraine STILL has not attacked the Kerch bridge or the southern land bridge..they have the weapons and ability to do it but not yet...WHY???
They don't want to win and want a negotiation...that is the only reason I can see..a country at war ATTACKS the enemies supply lines a but they are not... Russia attacks civilians but Ukraine doesn't attack the Supply Lines???

To move that particular plane you need specialized equipment because of the bubble under the nose. They obviously did not have it at that particular air field.
Apparently, a special link (a specially curved bar that the tractor, under the bulb to the under-carriage/nose-wheel) is normally carried in this plane when flying to airports and fields not equipped with the appropriate tractors. Someone forgot to load the link.

When I saw the stuck plane I immediately thought of Kadyrov!
The IL63 requires a special to type (STT) towing arm which would normally be stowed on board when visiting unsupported airfields. I guess they forgot this time or needed the space. Then again you would normally taxi the aircraft unless the clearance was prohibitive or where’s the air defence get me out of here.
The plane requires a special pusher beam because of the hump at the bottom front of the plane. They are supposed to carry the pushing beam with them.
