Great video. I was at Crewe station on the day before this, on my way by car from Cornwall back to Northern Ireland. I had hoped to do a bit of train spotting but discovered that the station has ticket barriers. The only way I could see of getting onto the platform was to buy a return ticket to a nearby station and since that was going to cost about £16 I didn't bother. How did you get onto the platforms?
I see. I'll have to organise myself a bit better next time. Pity they wouldn't bring back platform tickets :( We only have 204 miles of track here, so not much to see.
I grew up in Crewe and use the station frequently. You can easily pass between the platforms there WITHOUT having to purchase a ticket to go through a barrier. Unless of course you are not "train side" of the barriers
Incredible film mate, thoroughly enjoyed, keep up the good work
Great video
