About this Gathering
Easter is the highest holiday of the Christian year because it is a celebration of the event that defines our Church: the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. During Easter Season, the confession is dormant and the word alleluia (“Praise the Lord”), unspoken during the 40 days of Lent, is proclaimed enthusiastically. The Easter Season brings the promise of new life and continues for 50 days until Pentecost on Sunday, May 19th. Please lift your voice in hymns, worship and prayer!

La Pascua es la fiesta más importante del año cristiano porque es una celebración del evento que define a nuestra Iglesia: la resurrección de Jesucristo de entre los muertos. Durante el tiempo pascual, la confesión permanece inactiva y la palabra aleluya (“Alabado sea el Señor”), tácita durante los 40 días de Cuaresma, se proclama con entusiasmo.
