What’s so much fun is how your videos tell a story . So thank you for your background research and your commentary AND music choices …. Amazing scenery Glad SADIE is ok 🩷 Thank you again for the FUN and exciting ride along 😃 Be Safe and Stay Happy as you always are 😊😇
Carolyn, I so enjoyed your video. It was interesting, pleasant, calming and a joy to watch. The scenery, the music your voice and Sadie's company were a pleasure. Thank you so much for sharing your life and experiences with us.
Your personality reminds me so much of my cousin, who lived with me for many years after I discovered I had Rheumatoid Arthritis. If the word " go" came up in a conversation, she was already sitting behind the steering wheel of her car. I'm basically a "home body", but thanks to her, I went to many places & saw many things that I otherwise never would have seen. Sadly, she passed away in 2018. Your likeness to her in personality is offered as a sincere compliment.
That was a pheasant. hehe I heard a great tip to stop snacking on bad things: We give in when we have to say no more than once. So say no only once at the store. That said, of course, not everyone will be a "skinny Minnie" (as my mom used to say) and when enjoying your food is your only vice, well, you only live once. Great vid as usual.
I know exactly where you are! I went to Torrington in 2017 for the solar eclipse and the drive up there was just beautiful. Very remote and secluded. I even enjoyed Scott's Bluff a lot. Some really nice people there. I had a lady come over and invite me to her side of the street if I needed more. She was very welcoming. I've found that when I steam up a huge pot of green veggies and carrots and eat that first, my appetite is mostly satiated before I even start on the protein part of the meal. And yes, no desire to snack. Here's a great quick summer recipe: 2 cans of chick peas, drained, chopped up cilantro, chopped up red onion, dices tomatoes, olive oil, lemon juice, S&P. It's so satisfying to me and really fresh and delicious. Thanks for sharing!! Beautiful areas. My granddad grew up in North Platte. Ended up in NE Colorado.
We purchase the 10 in 1 that we purchase at a Farm, Ranch stores and we vaccinate our own dog. The bird you thought was a roadrunner, is a pheasant. I had a cousin who lived in Scots Bluff and she took me out to see the wagon ruts and visitors center. . Thanks for the video.
Chuckled at Ryan Hall clip. I watched him that night. Have been fan of his since you first mentioned him a couple years ago!! Loved your video…enjoy the little towns.
I ❤️ all of your videos. They are very informative and real. I never think your adventures are staged. I also love your relationship with Sadie. She is beautiful. Your journey east has given me ideas on where to boondock on my journey. Thanks. I am searching for a RV. Please do a video on what I should look for so I don't get scammed. I am sure other subscribers are looking for the same information. Safe travels ❤️ 🙏
Hi Carolyn. 😊 Your casserole looks delicious! Also, thanks so much for adding the tidbits of history throughout this video, it's very interesting to learn about these places. And thanks for all your hard work, I am grateful to be able to learn so much from you! 🥰
Ticks are terrifying!😮 So glad you have the glove to help Sadie be tick free. Watch out for yourself as well. Stay safe😊 stay well and may you and Sadie experience God's best everyday 🙌
Good lesson learned about the Starlink cable. They are pretty fragile unfortunately so your best bet is to always have a brand new spare tucked away in case one dies on you.
One of my favorite videos from you. I love seeing small towns and places less traveled. I stopped at the stone school house in Ash Hollow on a trip with my grandmother about 30 years ago (still have the picture in an old photo album). Brought back wonderful memories!
Another great video! The bird you saw at the beginning is a pheasant. There are no roadrunners in the Midwest. I used to live there and now enjoy the roadrunners in Arizona where I call home.
You found camp areas with lots of singing birds... I especially love the Red-winged Blackbirds songs. I wanted to say your Mexican food recipe is very similar to some I have created... It's fun to see how many great recipes can be created without any meat. I am not opposed to cooking a good quality meat; however, I do NOT believe it's possible in most places! Most beef is from animals that have been treated horrifically crammed into feed lots! Also, I have noticed that even among the Homesteading folks they often butcher animals that are sick or diseased ... I find that I cannot go along with that. Thanks for all the details of your life that you share! :)
Although Arbor Day was first celebrated in Nebraska, the founder, J. Sterling Norton, was born in Adams, NY so there are a lot of Arbor Day celebrations here!
Been watching your beautiful videos for about a week and am enjoying your adventures. Your air fryer is twice the size of mine. My hubby and I "air fry" mostly frozen foods in ours and have had great results. Love your Sadie girl. My Boston terrier comes alive by my side when she barks or growls. He's a fan, too. That didn't look like a roadrunner to me. We live in Central Texas and they used to run through our yard. If you ever stay at Lake Belton in Texas, you can get propane at the Ace Hardware in Belton on Main Street....just fyi. We got hit by a tornado a month ago. We had 120 mph winds. In less than 3 minutes our shed with everything in it disappeared. First one I've ever gone through. Downed 3 trees and our fence....so please take cover if that siren goes off! Happy traveling.
One thing I noticed in reference to the group of nomads I watch on you tube, is the social sciences information and traveling (virtual reality) for engagement and purpose. I would have my class look up nomads that may reference a social science activity as extra credit.
You do such a great job sharing your adventures I had to become a friend. Lots in common, love the outdoors, history, a hatred for the orange clown, healthy eating, love of dogs.
Always enjoy riding along with you and Sadie, Carolyn!! I am so glad you got her booster!! As a retired Vet Technician, even here in Michigan they get bad, not a fun thing to deal with!
Awesome video I love all the history you share with us thanks for sharing the history because some of us cant go across states . Traveling is one of my wishies that I could do . Myby one day 😊😊
You know what I admire about you? You are always at ease with yourself. No reservations (maybe we just don't see them), always.. come as you are - and all this while you are out there in your camper, which to my mind, would be exposed to the elements at high alert, with a dog to be responsible for as well..You are a pro! Plus, I love your photography! and noting all the history, too.
That was the biggest roadrunner I ever seen. Seen porcupines in Wyoming big as small car. Maybe not that big. Ha. Thanks for the trip haven't seen that area in many years
I have always been curious about what Nebraska is like, thanks for taking us around! I think Lundgren rice has less arsenic as it’s grown in CA. Happy and safe travels!
I've been doing this lifestyle over a year now, but unlike you I can cheet. By watching your channel. So thanks for the help. I watch you cook too. So another way you can help me is to finish your cook book and sell me a copy. Thank you.
Haven’t encountered a bear or mountain lion on my walks but they are there and I’m sure the mountain lions have seen me. Best to be with someone and make noise. That scares them off.
Thanks for traveling thru and sharing my state I have fond memories of traveling to Oshkosh and ogallala, with grandparents for visits and pass throughs. Also was witness to the tornado to hit Lincoln last April scary and cool all at the same time. Definitely weather patterns are changing.
I love hearing all the bird and frog sounds. I live with a noisy oxygen machine, so it’s a real treat to hear the sounds of nature! Beautiful photography and video also.
Honey. That bird you saw was a pheasant. 😊 I love all your videos.
What’s so much fun is how your videos tell a story . So thank you for your background research and your commentary AND music choices …. Amazing scenery
Glad SADIE is ok 🩷
Thank you again for the FUN and exciting ride along 😃
Be Safe and Stay Happy as you always are 😊😇
Glad you enjoy it!
Carolyn, I so enjoyed your video. It was interesting, pleasant, calming and a joy to watch. The scenery, the music your voice and Sadie's company were a pleasure. Thank you so much for sharing your life and experiences with us.
👍🤩💝 Glad you’re doing well and didn’t have any tornadoes. Safe travels.🙏💝
Sadie is so precious! ♥
LoL!!
Carolyn, 22:03. 😂
Shame you even have to say it.
You’re not fat. You’re not skinny.
You’re perfect.
You perfectly captured the beauty of this part of the country.
Looks like the trees and landscape is glowing, absolutely Stunning

I just love when you give us the history of the places you visit. It's so great to get to see and listen to each little place you roam.
I love how you always give mini history lessons of the places you go through!! So interesting❤️
I love watching Ryan Hall Y’all for tornado weather reporting.
Seems as you found some peace Carolyn.

Hey! Finished your “Shocking reasons people are leaving RV life” video. And then looked and found you still traveling. Great for you♥️❣️❣️
Loved hearing all the frogs and birds! Sadie certainly was enjoying her marrow bone! The casserole looked delicious. I love your videos. Safe travels!
Welcome to Nebraska. That was a pheasant. I don’t think there are road runners in the Midwest.
I know exactly where you are! I went to Torrington in 2017 for the solar eclipse and the drive up there was just beautiful. Very remote and secluded. I even enjoyed Scott's Bluff a lot. You must have taken notice of all the windmills throughout the fields. They are Kregel windmill. And there is a factory in Nebraska. I love them.
That meal looks great. I love your videos. And you make the day beautiful ❤️
Just soak and rinse the brown rice really well.
Chuckled at Ryan Hall clip. I watched him that night. Have been fan of his since you first mentioned him a couple years ago!! Loved your video…enjoy the little towns.
Nice video! I had to laugh at all of the fire plugs at the Vets office for the Dogs to pee on ! LOL .. Thanks for taking us along and thumbs UP! 👍
me too! thought that was funny!
I ❤️ all of your videos. They are very informative and real. I never think your adventures are staged. I also love your relationship with Sadie. She is beautiful. Lol... far from staged... I shoot so spontaneously that it often makes editing 10x harder.
Thank you for watching 👀
What a soothing, pleasant video. Loved the yellow-headed blackbirds and the fire hydrants! 😄
I know! - the fire hydrants cracked me up!
I love thé educational part of your videos.
PS I love seeing you cook in your home. Thanks for the encouragement.
I love the way you are with Sadie, sending love from Florida💜💚❤
We are going to take off from P town and will be headed east ... crossing fingers ... tornados are my biggest fear ... stay safe ...
Welcome to Nebraska Carolyn my home state. I hope you enjoy it.❤️ so glad you come around these parts
I'm loving AG1. This was such a vibrant video while relaxing. It's always beautiful when Flossy is around!! 💜🐾💛☮️
Hi Carolyn. 😊 Your casserole looks delicious! Also, thanks so much for adding the tidbits of history throughout this video, it's very interesting to learn about these places. And thanks for all your hard work, I am grateful to be able to learn so much from you! 🥰

Great video👍👍 I loved seeing Nebraska. It reminded me so much of what alot of small towns here in Texas used to look like growing up.
I love the back roads. Drove highway 2 from Alliance to Omaha. Lovely little towns there, too. Thanks for your sharing and information.
Beautiful country.
Love to see you cook clean, interesting meals 👌
Another great video! The bird you saw at the beginning is a pheasant. There are no roadrunners in the Midwest. I used to live there and now enjoy the roadrunners in Arizona where I call home.
I was thinking it was a pheasant also. 😁
I thought it was a roadrunner too. Bad vision and west coast living. :)
Oh Good! I thought so too!!!
Road runners are way smaller, skinnier, and aren't found that far north.
Thank you Carolyn and Sadie!
I love Ryan Hall Y’all! Cheers to tornado-free travels ❤
I Love your channel, and Brian Hall ya'll. keep making those great videos!!

Love the birds chirpping! Great spots for camping. Home on the range, I have been waiting for a cook book from you! Safe travels
You are such a good dog mom!
Woof !🤠
Wow 🥰 one hell of a frog chorus 🐸🐸🐸
Fantastic xxx
Although Arbor Day was first celebrated in Nebraska, the founder, J. Sterling Norton, was born in Adams, NY so there are a lot of Arbor Day celebrations here!
Thanks for a chuckle while you were watching what appeared to be beef cattle. Glad your new cord fixed your Starlink. Safe driving to the east.
Funny, looks like the cows wanted to have lunch with you guys!❤

I love your recipes! Can't wait for the cook book ❤
Sadie looked like she was feeling a little better near the end of the video.
Fun video! Thanks Carolyn and Sadie. Safe travels!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Those cows were so happy they weren't on your menu! ❤️😊😊
Thank you for sharing! So glad you didn’t get any Tornadoes
Me too!

Amazing sunsets!
Glad you are safe.
I'm from Nebraska. We have visited the Ash Hollow school and Scottsbluff too. We live near Grand Island as well. Nice to see you enjoying our state.

I do the boosters for my dogs too. There's too many what if's that can end up with my furr kids getting sick.

Eat what you wanna have. Awesome content
NOT POSSIBLE SADIE CAN BE ANY CUTER....LOOOVE HER!!!!!
Hi Carolyn.
A tick can transmit Lyme in a few minutes - new updated research. And my experience from my most recent tick bite.
I hope this is widely known by now! A tick literally ruined my life. Beware y'all.
It looked like a Pheasant.
Vegan is the best food, and when it’s plant base without all the junk it’s even better!
God intended us to eat what He provides and that includes meat. Our bodies need protein to build and maintain muscle.....
Super site and I’m using it to get my bravery up to go rv’ing solo!
Great video Carolyn!
Great video, love small town
I watch Ryan Hall Y'all too. He is great. I am down in Texas.
