There are two parts to an arraignment. Roger Stone has only gone through the initial arraignment (Fort Lauderdale, FL) where a bail was set, there have been restrictions placed on where he can travel, he was informed of the charges, and he told he can have an attorney.
The second part of the arraignment will take place in Washington DC and there Roger Stone will tell the court how he will plead to the seven charges. It will probably be during the second part that the gag order will be issued.
U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson she will probably issue a gag order on Roger Stone's case given Roger Stone's history in playing games in the press. She issued a gag order on Paul Manafort's case when she was presiding over it.
